The little dude's right next to me, in fact.

I didn't opt for tracking with mine. It was $15 extra, and I've had it before and all it will tell me is that it got mailed. Then, sometime later, that it arrived.

I figured I could probably get that information in any case. I suppose if it gets lost, which would be most horrible because I rather liked it, I'd see about painting a replacement. Which probably wouldn't take so long the second time around.

Same thing with one I sent to Australia.

Thats completely normal, in my experience.

As far as tracking is concerned, unless its sent via a good quality shipping company that has special deals with Australia Post, the item tends to just disappear into the ether from before it leaves the country of origin right up until it is delivered to the door.

Inarah,
I've been computer-less and have been operating off of my phone for the last month...since about new years.

So I *just* realized it never got to you. Which is sad, and even sadder that the photos were on the dead computer. :(

I can and will paint you another. It will take me time though. I'm armpit deep in winter gaming con time. I'm running 9 scenarios this weekend, and running a con 2 weeks after that, and running 7 games 2 weeks after that, and another 8 2 weeks after that. AFTER THAT...I'm done with cons till next winter, and can paint again.

Dang! That sucks losing pics on a dead PC. And not getting a figure, either, that's some run of bad luck.

If you get around to painting another one, that would be cool. Let me know when to expect it and I will keep an eye on the postman.

Assuming the information given to me was accurate (and not accounting for weather delays), Shogan ought to get the one I sent anywhere between today and next thursday.

I mailed a Lord Soth out to Sanael a couple of months back and it arrived pretty quick by the same method. So, we'll see. Customs shouldn't be a problem, I labelled it as "Toy Soldier, Gift" with a declared value under $10. Hopefully they won't decide to hold and inspect it. It's packaged to survive transport (hopefully), but probably not to survive the less-than-tender mercies of those ham-fisted ogres.

"Hey, supervisor Throg, looky what I founds here!"

"What dat? Ohhh, dat sure looky pretty! Let's us smash pretty thingy! Ha ha ha!"

*stomp* *stomp* *stomp*

*angels cry*
