I initially thought it was the hand wrapping that made it look large, but I think the whole hand is large. It may be something to do with being a toxic shaman, maybe they can have a large claw hand, I don't know.

An idea may be to paint the hand a different color, making it look like she can toxify you with a touch...

The fingers seem very much like big, claw-like THINGS. They're even sculpted to a soft curve without joints. I'd be inclined to assume it's deliberate.

When I first saw the art I was hoping is was just from the perspective of the view, guess I was wrong lol.

As to the Toxic I always assumed she was transforming her hand with magic.
