Well, I'm hoping to get the rules eventually. But I think there might be an interest in the figures just on their own, since good figures of non-European, non-Asian peoples and their mythic creatures are very hard to come by.

For me, frankly yes. With my current life situation, after building and painting minis, I don't have much time to learn new rulesets. I have too many as it is, any more tend to go to the recycle bin, especially if they involve cards. Now if you just had a booklet of pictures from the ruleset, for painting inspiration, I'd be on board for that.

 

BTW, your minis are gorgeous.

 

Do you have any minis that can currently be purchased?

I too would like to see choices that do not involve a rule set, as I currently have a limited amount of time to play and I already have several systesms that I haven't had a chance to learn/play yet.

I couldn't care less about the rulebook; I buy minis for playing D&D (and I dabble in Warmahordes, but I have all the minis I need for that, for now), so I just really want the minis.

 

Right now, the Monster Hunter is my favorite concept art in this KS (a concept that was noticably absent from Bombshell's KS)...but I'm not terribly impressed by the greens we've seen so far.

 

Paymaster Games: can you say yet who your sculptor is (or will be)? If we can check out their previous work, it would go a long way toward building confidence in the upcoming sculpts.

I don't have any interest in the game itself, but I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this KS. The concept art and sculpts are looking great! And thankfully, this ends in November. Whew!

Count me as really interested in most of the spirit beasts! I like the war parties as well, but the creatures rock!

Is there any chance we will see a green for the Monster Hunter before this KS ends? And if not a green, can you please name your sculptor(s)?

 

Your add-ons look good, and I like the model-only levels. I suspect you'll find more backers if/when you post more info about the minis themselves.

Right now the Sculpters i am using right now are Ian Mountain, Bob Naismith, and Leandro Ventic. I am also in contact with about 3 or 4 others that would like in on the project once they are done with the work they are on right now.

Going Native: Warpath is real close to reaching the campaign goal. We felt that it was time for some updates.

 

By request, there are now all model pledge options that offer Spirit Beast in place of Core Rule books. These all model kits are great deals. For example, the Wise Old Fox All Model kit offer 60 man sized models for $3 each and the 6 spirit beasts that come with the kit are free. These kits are limited in number, so you may want to jump on it while there are some left.

 

I am proud to announce that Ian Mountain just finished the Pacific Northwest War Chief. This is the planned War Chief for the Pacific Northwest Tribes War Party Starter Kit.

 

This model was inspired by photos of the Kwakiutl (Kwakwaka'wakw) tribe taken in the early 1900s.
