So there you go, Gene. You have done the unthinkable. After 20 years of stolid, even heroic, resistance, you have converted me over to slotted miniatures. Given that I once gave away a gigantic box of nice, blistered minis on the sole basis they had slots - that's no mean feat!

 

 

First it's bones, now tabbed minis, before you know it you'll be buying "Homies" out of gumball machines and wearing clean socks in public!! Figmentia is a slippery slope Brother, a very slippery slope.

Next thing you know I'll be living in a house, with like doors and windows and stuff. Maybe have a steady job with a decent income. Manicured lawn. No cobwebs or spiders. Smelling like I'm freshly scrubbed with soap.

 

It's a horrible abyss.

 

I need one of my goblin compadres to stage an intervention so I don't fall down that path, and can continue living in the gutter covered in filth like a proper, upstanding member of my community.

I've repainted about four or five of those things over the years - there's actually a small handful of decent sculpts in there considering they're mass-produced gumball machine toys... I sometimes use them for practicing my greenstuff sculpting since they're mostly fairly generic figures once you get the paint off.

Homies are GREAT figures! I was showing how Buglips Figmentia has become more pronounced. So much so that he's almost caught up to me. Soon he'll have to start MAKING his own figures when buying them just isn't enough anymore. And he'll have to wear clean socks in public because his old stanky socks will be used to store his precious greens. Prescioussss....

Well, the socks are pretty green already. Used to be white, long ago. Everybody says I'm a real fungi to be around.

Thanks for adding the digital book + minis level. I'm happy to add on a book for hubby's superhero game collection! The figures are a lot of fun, I'm hopeful for more being unlocked.

Working on it...I'll point out to everyone that, unlike some other Kickstarters, our new figures unlock at $1500 each...so new ones should b easier to get...let all your friends know and we can kick this into high gear!

We've added new Reward levels, as well as the Stretch Goals (at least through $15k...I think we can do more than that...:D)...I also posted a page layout sample in the updates... I've been busy...:D
