Yes! I have the product ready and will ship all of those on Monday or Tuesday.

If you want to hold off for a week and bundle in Nov, too, would that save on shipping on your end?

It would delay it, since not everything is cast up.

Same question as above - never got any mail telling me Sophies were shipped, but so far kept assuming it might be because you're sending to strongly feuded for, fiercely hard-fought for places at the heart of the old world last. ^_^

 

Also, having just found out I apparently never actually activated my forum account before, how do I get my forum badge, again?

Shooting a brief email to [email protected] is a good way to get an answer to "where's Sophie?". More people than just Bryan work that queue and it's unlikely to be lost in the forum posts. FWIW, I sent an email asking that myself and was reminded that I'd opted to have Sophie come along with the rest of the minis in March. Which I'd done, but forgotten about.

Just a small query: Is there any update regarding Sophie and the big great trek across canada? Also, are canadians also going to receive an e-mail about shipment or did I luck out?
12 Canadian customers were shipped before we caught them and bulk sent the others to RAFM.

 

If you didn't get your e-mail at this point, one of the following is true:

  • a. you opted for "one shipment only" and we will include your Sophies etc in your Bones shipment in March
  • b. you are not inside the US or being shipped to an APO/FPO
  • c. your SPAM filter caught the e-mail
  • d. you didn't lock in your pledge (Yes, we have received a half a dozen complaints from people that never actually went to the RPM and therefore never locked in items nor gave us a shipping address, but were nevertheless perturbed that they had not gotten their shipments)

If you do not think that any of the above are true, please please please send us an e-mail*, and in that e-mail, include your name as used in the kickstarter or pledge manager, the e-mail address you use to log in, and anything else that we can type into the search feature in our database to find your order. "Hey, I didn't get my shipment!--AB" from an address that doesn't match anything in the RPM is not sufficient information for us to identify the nature of the problem. If we cannot locate your order to see if any of the above 4 are true, or if there is a mystery 5th reason, then we cannot help you.

It's my guess that they are probably often supporting other kickstarters, and they didn't pay much attention to Reaper's so they assume it works like the rest of the kickstarters... and that also means they don't really pay much attention to their emails. People with fast lives and all that. xP
