Pally
I kept checking to see if you guys had something going on for Cyber Monday / Cyber Week. I didn't see much of that going on in the online-minis-for-sale world. FRP had a good sale, but it was stuff already on sale, so it was like.. "Hey.. you know this stuff that's already on sale? I mean.. it's on sale.. uh.. now! It's our Cyber Week sale!" I think Reaper should do a Christmas bundle. Like take some overstock, put it in boxes, and sell it for 50% of retail. Like $25 gift boxes that would retail for $50+. You might not like what you get, but it's still a surprise on Christmas when you open it.. and isn't the surprise the best part? Maybe it sounds bad economically, but I'm 99.99% certain 50% of retail is still a good profit margin (unless certain online sellers are stealing Reaper minis.. which is doubtful) and you guys could get rid of some overstock clutter you might have laying around, Employee 1: Ugh, we've still got 100 blisters each of Zingwang the Fermented Barbarian, Snootnose the Goblin, and Bluewind the Flatulent Druid? Why haven't we melted these down yet?" Employee 2: They're in blisters. Employee 1: So? Employee 2: Blisters cost more than the metal they're made of. Employee 1: But tin is like.. $10 a pound! Employee 2: Yeah, it's crazy. So we gotta let Zingwang, Snootnose, and Bluewind sit around taking up space until someone has a great holiday giftbasket idea.
Shakandara
Reaper has pretty tight inventory control. I think there's a post around somewhere from Bryan about it, but they don't often have 100's of blisters of *anything* sitting around the shop, unless it is a brand new release. Seriously, you can walk in to the shop and buy the last blister off the rack, and it could literally be the last packaged model of that SKU in the building. Oh, sure, there's loose stock back in the Boneyard (which may or may not have all the parts cast for a given model). I'd guess there are very few SKUs that have any serious quantity just languishing somewhere on a shelf anymore. ~v

Our most likely course of action is NOT a "sale" but rather a giveaway - order $25 and get Free shipping AND X product, free.
MiniCannuck
I'd rather have a give away than a sale that devalues the product.
Inarah
Yeah, I don't remember seeing a lot of "overstock clutter". It was more like the most recent 200 sku #'s in parts bins, 1-4 blisters of each product # on pegs and the rest being cast to order.
redambrosia
We're doing it this year. I don't have the schedule handy, but we're posting it a little early so folks can strategize appropriately. Woohoo! The $50 of stuff in my shopping cart will get bought! JackMann
But we're getting off topic. Bryan! Reveal unto us the secrets of this holiday schedule, before we are forced to let Buglips use his advanced interrogation techniques on you.
Reaperbryan
But we're getting off topic. Bryan! Reveal unto us the secrets of this holiday schedule, before we are forced to let Buglips use his advanced interrogation techniques on you. I'm letting Kit do that reveal. He's got the websquirrels frantically making the graphic, something similar to an advent calendar, I think.
