Retro Raygun robots, quick paintjob, sometimes simplest is bestest, just used reaper pure silver and washed it with armypainter strong tone ink. then did some detail work with a few other colors.

the suffering came when it came time to assemble the little buggers... you would think it would be easy but nooooooooooooooooo...

Depending on how the limbs attached I can see that those would have been a Royal PITA to put together.

they aren't as bad as wargames factory shocktroopers, they should be easy since they are ball and socket... but nothing was cooperating with me Friday night

Those are great! I love the vintage pulp sci-fi look. I wish Lucas had used something like this for the droid troops in the Star Wars prequel instead of those goofy-looking Spy vs. Spy droids.
