Shogan
Working on converting this mini to make into a Drow NPC. I really like this sculpt. Harder than I thought it would be with all of the horns and boney protrusions sticking out. The worst was carving the polearm off her armor. Not sure how it will look when its primed. Was thinking about trying some liqued green stuff to smooth it out. Sorry for the poor pictures but I'm in a hurry. Would love any thoughts. joshuaslater
Damn fine converting. Kings to you on this one. I did a double take after I looked at the original and then went back to the pic.
Deadeye_Jake
I've done a couple conversions involving removal of "semi-connected" items. If the primed area looks rough, you could try sculpting a belt or something similar...
Loim
Love it. I can't wait to see how this turns out once it's been painted. If i have problems with removing items connected to the body ( a pet peeve of mine) I usually use a thin layer of greenstuf to smooth out the edges and match them up to the surrounding area. Shogan
I'd really like to cut her off the base and I have a great saw but her feet are clawed and I think I would just end up screwing up the feet.
Striker2054
That is quite the conversion.
Qwyksilver
Well done, I didn't recognize the original sculpt without referencing the picture, and even then it wasn't easy to do, which indicates a great job.
