Awesome work on the skin-to-scale transition, and the blues you've used are stellar.

 

My two nits to pick: I'd love to see more bright highlights on her hair (your blonde recipe looks great, but it looks too dry for a mermaid, some pure white pinpoints would help this), and the same on some of the scales (again, to create a wet look).

 

Oh, and the orang parts are great; you've done a nice job with the backlit/neon look these kinds of tropical fish have.

The hair is poofy and full, and clearly dry. Wet hair lies flat and sticky. The sculpt was given dry hair, so to my eye, it looks right painted this way.
