Is anyone here backing and able to bring me in with the "Bring a Backer" program so we can get the imajewels? I'm considering pledging at the GM3 level.

We'd been asking about Tower of Jing because we couldnt see it as something we could add on and was only present at the 35 and 90 levels..

That’s what the crew of the SS Jing told me right before I gave the order to cram even MORE content into the book. I’ll give them this…they warned me. They said there was no way that

…would fit into a book that was 320 pages long. They called me mad. But I didn’t listen. And so it happened.

I blew up the Grande Temple of Jing.

Now I know what you are thinking. You are thinking that that’s bad thing. But I didn’t spend all those years watching Star Trek without learning a thing or two about blowing up one’s flagship. I know what it really means is that the flagship gets to come back, bigger and badder than ever. With cooler guns, and better engines, and maybe it even has the ability to split in two and fly around and reconnect…even if that is kinda lame.

So what I’m really trying to say is…

 

I’ve just given the green light to add 48 pages to the Grande Temple of Jing. The book is moving to 368 pages at no extra cost to you, our amazing backers.

Technical stuff

For those who prefer straight talk:

This isn’t us generating more content, it’s just me allowing more content to get into the book.

The last 15 levels and the appendixes (monsters, treasures, etc) proved to be much larger than budgeted for, page-wise. Some of this is due to writing choices, some of it is due to the format and layout choices we made for the book.

These extra pages shouldn’t add more than a week to our timetable.

It’s entirely possible that I’ll have to greenlight even more pages!

I officially decree that somebody has to PM me a link to this thing once it's on sale.  Penalty for failure will be Cake (or Death!).  Only we're all out of Cake, so penalty will be "or death".
