Origins - Who's coming to town?

I really wanted to get out to this since it's within a reasonable day's drive. However, as I have a youngling due to make an appearance in two weeks of the convention (and they have a tendency to arrive early) it's best not to risk it. If one were going to miss the birth of a child I do think a gaming convention is a pretty good excuse, though... :p

Now that event registration is open, how does 7pm on Saturday at either the Reaper area, or the Bar on 2 sound?

 

I'll be playing pathfinder 7p-12a Saturday :\

I'm GMing Pathfinder from 1:30-6:30 or I'd organize it for earlier. We can do Friday, i just assume most people get in late then game all night

I'm looking forward to it, I really enjoy working at Origins. (although the Pax people are my favorite... shhhhh.... ;) )

I like to make it to Origins every year if I can. However, the last few years have been complicated with schedules/money and etc. This year is no different. I will be in the middle of moving, and there is no way I can talk my husband into hitting the convention 'on the way'. Much the pity. I may come up for the weekend next year, if I am not working weekends.

 

Since my schedule remains complicated for the next 3-6 years, but at least I'm getting scheduled vacation time now (but only in 2 week blocks).

 

 

 

And as to why I like Origins, it's got the same plethora of events Gen Con has, but there I might actually get some of the cool ones without pre-reging in the first 5 minutes.
