odinsgrandson
Here's a mini that I got to paint up for a Chaos Dwarf army (along with a number of cannons from Forge World). He's a Taurus from Todd McFarlane's zodiac action figure range, and not a bad sculpt at all. He's been mounted on a Games Workshop base, glued into his pose, and painted to emphasize fire. The lighting and blue background in the photos keeps some of the object source lighting from showing up very well. Next time, I'll do a dark background. Anyway, here he is:
Corporea
wow!!! I love that fire effect. The colors are fantastic. What did you use for the OSL?
Atramagus
That is a cool toy... Is there a pic somewhere of what it looked like before the paint?
zoroaster100
I love the fire effect you achieved on him and the OSL from the base. Here is a link to the factory standard of this figure: http://www.spawn.com/toys/product.aspx?product=3478 Edited March 7, 2013 by zoroaster100
Atramagus
yeah... at 6 inches, he's going to be a big boy on the table. Love the effects you achieved on him vs the standard!

noobiegameplayer
Very cool ... makes him more a fire elemental than a Taurus / Minotaur / cowman :)

Metalchaos
Nice work! It reminds me of the Balrog. The lava reflection on it's armor is amazing. Are these models made of plastic?
Peithetairos
Excellent repaint! Just looks stunning. The magma effect is masterfully executed.
