Orlando_the_Technicoloured
Ed's (Trollforged) also had problems with his new workshop space that was going to help speed up things by providing more spece, as the landlord has been ill/unavailable so I suspect that's part of the problem
MonkeySloth
Ya. Ed was supposed to move shops in January and now he's looking at April. It's unfortunate but this is something that neither can really do much about.
JoeGKushner
So Ed again is the constraint. Efficient pricing that results in product not being cast is... well, not efficient. I say that as abacker of this project, Ed's project, and Red Box.
CashWiley
I'm also in all three. If the minis all look great, I honestly don't mind the wait as everyone has been pretty good about communication. But it is too bad Ed wasn't prepared for the success he took on. And a fourth, because Poots is also in talks with Ed...
MonkeySloth
If Poots moves to trollcast for his plastics I think I'll die. I'd really like to know that before I use the pledge manager as I wouldn't have to get resin.
briggart
This was posted in the comment of one of the updates: Creator Kingdom Death on February 16 @Black Kestrel, that is indeed one of the places I will be visiting! I have still been chatting with Ed, trying to see what we can / can't do together. In an ideal world, WF would do the box and expansions and Ed and myself would tackle the promos and pinups. best of both worlds!
Berik
I think the Chibi's were going to be in trollcast as well weren't they? And that's another big Kickstarter which is due to be on the way shortly.
recruittons
Yeah, the Chibi minis from Impact! are trollcast as well.

Trodax
I just saw over on the Red Box forums that Tre has been considering going back to metal: http://red-box-games.com/forum/index.php?topic=181.
Beagle
Poor Tre seems thoroughly disillusioned with his kickstarter exprience and I suspect he won't be the last. That man needs a night on the town, a woman you wouldn't introduce your dog to, and a fantastic full English breakfast!
Trodax
Yeah, I felt sorry for him reading that too. Was thinking of registering on those forums just to go in and help cheering him up.
aku-chan
Poor guy. Looks like this current trend away from metal really isn't working out too well for these little companies.
kay13
I would think that if you are a small company metal or resin are much better choices than plastic. The set up costs are much less, so you can afford to do a greater range of figures!
Pingo
I hope this shakes out okay. Tre does sound awfully downhearted, the poor guy.
