Oh yea. You definitely want to wait until after the shipping ends. With their focus on the shipping at hand, they haven't bothered to answer emails too much nor post up comments. Which is pissing off some of the people with damaged and missing pieces. lol

We had to do the same thing - Deal with SODs (Shortages, Overages, Damages) after fulfillment, because we did not have the resources to spare a person to parse the messages for what needed to be done to fix the problem while we were shipping.

I emailed them yesterday asking if they would check on my order status b/c I did a partial pick-up at GenCon, and Nikki replied to me in less than 5 minutes. I've emailed her 4 or 5 times (about different things) during this KS's delivery phase and while the Recon KS was running, and she's always replied quickly, always on the same business day.

My bet is that they answer emails newest to oldest, and don't always catch up, because if your email slips through the cracks you will have to wait for weeks sometimes for an answer. I'm three days waiting on my invoice now.

Ended up reversing my pledge into buckets of 'things I know I got' and 'thing I might have got' then compared prices and what was in the box to figure out that my reward was only short the things we knew it would be short (12 skeletons, 2 rat caps, 2 elemental caps).

For being a mini company, the US wave 2 was packed in about the worst way possible. All the minis on the bottom of the box under a bunch of tiles and cards, no packing material whatsoever. Clearly they overextended themselves with this project.

Yeah, that kind of stuff tends to happen when your KS project surpasses it's goal by 2500%.  KS holds perils for both the backer and the project creator.

I'm finding it hilarious that Duncan ($2k sponsor), did not receive the miniature he created for the game. He still seems good-hearted about the situation.

Mine arrived this morning :). I am sad to report though, that I have an exhaustive list of missing items:

-Painted Male and Female Tricksters
-Signed and Framed print of Donnchadh
-1x Razorfiend
-1x Keesi & Og
-4x Skeleton Captains
-6x Arachnid minions
-1x set of Alt. Gender Heroes
-1x set of Trickster Heroes
-1x Bones
-1x set of sculpted Traps & Lairs
-1x Orcneas
-22x Skeleton minions
-16x Rat minions
-16x Elemental minions
-1x Rat King
-4x Elemental Captains
-4x Rat Captains
-1x Etrus the Last
-1x Connor
-1x Syclopt
-1x Marcus
-1x Urulok
-2x Arachnid Captains
-2x Orc Captains
-10x Cyclops minions
-2x Cyclops Captains
-1x set metal Alt. Gender Heroes
-1x set metal Trickster Heroes
-1x set of cards for Agents of Darkness
-1x Donnchadh (...really?)
-1x Twilight Knight

Haven't gone through to figure out if there are broken pieces that need replacement yet, though a cursory glance tells me there are a few that will need the hot water treatment to fix bending issues (like any other game with minis). Oddly enough, in an opposite turn from what others were reporting, my tiles were on the bottom, and Bones came out unscathed, though Urulok's wings are standing almost straight up. Other than that, everything else looks good.

I got my box last night. Looks like I'm only missing 6 Elemental minions. (And of course since I was one of the last boxes packed I didn't get ANY Rat and Elemental Captains, but I was expecting that.)

Overall they appear to be in good shape, but I haven't opened all of the minions yet. From what I could see thru their baggies, everything has bases and there's no loose/broken pieces laying around. I did open my alt Heroes and all of the Bosses/Captains. There were only 2 minis that I've got concerns about. The Minotaur's hammer got stuck behind his tail and so the hammer's shaft is all bent to hell. If it was just curved one direction it wouldn't be so bad, but it's got 2 or 3 twists in it.  Then the alt Apprentice is horribly bent at the ankle. She's almost at a 90 degree bend. It should be easy enough to fix with the hot water trick, but I'm actually worried that the plastic may have actually stretched and extended. It just looks like her leg is really, really long. Or maybe she's just related to Kareem Abdul Jabbar. (BTW, do not Google "long legs" at work!)

Overall I'm pretty happy with it all though.  I've had 2 long gaming sessions w/4 other friends and it's been enjoyable. Last weekend I ran 3 demos at a local con and it was well received, then I ran a Slaughterfield game on Sat that lived up to it's name. (We were slaughtered, not the monsters!)

I just got an incoming package alert throu my mail/customs office. Does not indicate actual sender, other than "origin: USA", but since I am not expecting anything (any of you got a sorprise gift for me?!?) it seems this guys sent me Box 2 even after I told them several times NOT TO DO SO because it would bounce or mean an extra 50 USD tax on me. AND they acknowledged my email

So frustrated I don't even want to go to the customs office to ask if it is really the myth box. At a little over 1 kg weight, I don't know what else it could be. I am really leaning into declaring it rejected and have them pay shipping into the US again.

Quick EU shipping update After hearing from Ulisses Spiele this morning, they hope to being EU shipping pledges tomorrow. This is great to hear, and we're really pleased that everything has finally arrived and is getting prepared for shipment.

Woot! :bday:

Edit: so, after a few days on hold at the post office, I got another big box of plastic sitting in my living room. Except for some loose figures that got bent, packaging is very good.
