There's still "shipping" to Europe. I think it's going out right now. And yea, the missing pieces to the US pledgers.

From all reports, it sounds like they ran out of minis and have to do another run before they will ship the make up pieces. They really need an operations manager, badly, but don't seem like they realize it.

You received the wave 2 shipment but not the wave 1?

 

From the replies of you and the others, this sounds like a bit of a mess.

Yeah, it's been a bit of a shambles. Going from talk of shipping early to shipping in quite a haphazard fashion. It seems as if inventory is all over the place and packages in the US, the EU and Australia / New Zealand are all being handled very differently. When they first shipped wave 1 to US backers I gathered that the plan was for both waves to go out at once to other areas. But instead I got a box of wave 2 miniatures from Myth themselves, while the actual game in wave 1 is being shipped out to an Australian supplier.

 

That said I'm really happy with the miniatures that I've received so far and looking forward to hopefully getting the game this month. They just seem to be in pretty major need of some help with organisation.

Probably safe to close this, final wave won't be any time soon, and it's duplicate minis, except for those who got zero near the end of shipment. No new product due to be shipped.

And we finally have touchdown for the actual game here in New Zealand! Haven't had a chance to look through the rules, but I'm impressed by the production quality.

Latest word over on BGG from guys who usually know what they are talking about (specifically MisterMannIndy) is that they will probably start the next Kickstarter Feb/March, before finishing the remaining missing pieces. My purely speculative guess is that they overreached and mismanaged their funding and need to go back to the well to finish manufacturing the missing minis from KS1.

I thought the remaining/missing parts were already scheduled, but then there is the overseas shipping and customs, etc.  Hmmmm....not thrilled with matters if this is the case.

Mine is that they based their first year or two's business plan on running consecutive KickStarters, one after another, and if they don't stay on track, they don't hit their budgets.

I am hearing that the missing miniatures are being shipped. Anyone receive theirs?

Nope, not yet. Seen people on BBG posting that they got theirs in CA and FL. MCG hasn't posted any specific order, so they may be doing them by backer #, or state, or who knows what. I do know that they won't be going out as fast as the original boxes. Nikki is the only one packaging and shipping them. MCG's community guy said that it'll be mid-March before they expect them to all be shipped.

I spoke with Nikki this evening and she said to let everyone know that she's still hard at work trying to fulfill all the "wave3" items. She hopes all domestic backers will have their missing figures before the Journeyman KS launches.

I wouldn't start peppering her with emails until mid-March at the earliest.

I was supposed to have everything (I was ROW) but still I am lacking the skeletons and the Elemental Cptn's (and a few other odds and ends). TBH, I won't bother. We tried to play with my daughter and it took us 1 hr just to set up the example scenario...

 

I will probably give it another chance, but for now the minis are for the kids to paint. They love the big ones, so that is a win.
