Ya know what ol' Jack Burton always says? (At least according to yesterday's KS Update)

The last of the missing figures are going out this week. Most of you have already received them. But if you haven't received them yet, Jack Burton and I want you to know they are in the mail.

Well, if you're brave enough to go in on another KS for Myth, they'll give you the hardcopy of the new rules... the KS for expansions starts next week (I think) and they've said there will be a below cost level for folks who just want the updated rules/cards to try to make the game playable*.. Not sure how I feel as the minis are kinda neat, but the game thus far is too much trouble to bother with.

Also, still no minis here in TX.

*italics are my addition to the sentence.

Received my missing minis a few weeks ago. I will probably kick for the updated rulebook and cards, so my mind knows that everything I have is complete-ish and able to be played should I choose to dust it off again.

The new rulebook is a vast improvement.

Forget painting them. Get the game out and play it. Don't rules lawyer everything, just play it for fun and enjoyment. It really is a blast.

My group plays using the original materials. We've just accepted that we needed to make some house-rules (like we would for any RPG) and judgement calls on conflicting rules (like we would for any miniatures war game) and it's smooth sailing.

Haven't had a chance to sit down and play with my friends. Everyone is busy and the boardgaming meet ups I go to do not play these type of games. T__T

It's okay, I can wait until the expansion and the revised cards are available. Gives me plenty of time to paint and draw in the interest of my friends.
