Bones Shipment Tracking thread

Mine are now in the UK,through customs (and yes they will be charging me)I've phoned parcel force which will be carrying them on the last stage of the journey and now have the bill (£25.55) and the reference number to pay it online but can't do so until the box reaches my local distribution hubso I'm guessing Monday for delivery (I could try for Saturday but that would add another £12 in fees, curses!)(for those in the UK who are interested the USPS tracking number works on the parcel force site, and generates a NEW parcel force number which you then need to use on their system to get your customs reference number... or you could wait to for them to send you a letter)

Where do you go to get the customs reference number. I've got the parcel force number?

Belgian update: both my shipments (they needed 2 planes apparently to ship my Bones: flight UA972 and flight UA1734) are now in status: "Customs clearance processing complete".

 

If all goes well, tomorrow the postman will utter a curse and stick a failed delivery note in my mailbox. And then, Saturday morning, I will know the price I have to pay to collect my Bones at the post office.

 

Or else things will have to wait until next weekends. Why does the mail only deliver when I'm at work?

Mine are now snuggled up in the depot 5 minutes down the road, won't be delivered until I pay the customs charges.

 

Waiting for a letter with the reference number to pay said charges. I could ring but it's payday on Wednesday so will wait until I get the letter, and get paid.

 

They're almost here...let's hope everything inside is as it should be.

For a 51 line order (5 Vampires, 7 cases, at least one of each add-on and paints) the customs charges were a shocking €33 and change.

 

Or maybe that will become €66 because my stuff got shipped in 2 boxes. I didn't read the invoice in detail.

 

I haven't been able to claim them yet. The postmaster says that after a failed delivery at home it takes a day to get the barcodes back in the system.

Customer Service Advisors are available 8.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm on Saturday and 9.00am - 5.00pm on Sundays excluding UK Public and Bank Holidays.

You'll need the parcel force number (generated by putting the USPS number into the parcelforce tracker)

despite being told to deliver mine on Monday they tried to deliver today (nobody in),

 

and because I can't book re-delivery for 24 hours from their attempt I suspect I'll end up dragging out on the bus at stupid o'clock in the morning to get them in person...

 

I'm just too impatient to wait any longer now I know they've reached my door and gone away again!

I'm in the UK. I got my letter from Parcelforce today: £19.79 VAT + £8 handling fee. That's VAT on approx $150 of "stuff". I have 2 Vampires, Sophie and 7 other options. I'm unsure how they are calculating the VAT as everyone that has posted here seems to have a different number - I've seen between £23 and £28.50. Who know? The earliest delivery date they offered was Tuesday but I will keep an eye on the parcelforce tracker in case they send it out on Monday.
