Jason, I'm wondering about VP scoring. If we flip a card and expose a way to get a VP. But no one can actually get it done for whatever reason. Does the VP go away (leaving the players at a disadvantage for the rest of the tournament)? Does it go to the victor of the Kill Em All (which makes sense because then the victor has all the time in the world to achieve secondary goals)? If I manage to kill every WillBill Dwarf by the end of turn two, do I get all the VP for cards not even flipped yet?

Warwick, the cards have not been finalized yet, so it would be premature at this time to give an example or any more details beyond this: there will always be a way to earn the VP(s) for a given round. Whether or not you actually earn the VP(s) is another matter entirely. Unearned VPs will likely be split at the end of the game, as we have done in previous tournament games.

Sorry there isn't more info right now, but we're working to get it to you as fast as possible.

One thing to note, although there has never been a rule stating that one must field a painted army, last year Ed gave a $75 Reaper credit reward for the best painted army in the tourney. just something to think about....

Even if I do need more players, I would rather not fill a spot with "I doubt I can play but sign me up anyway"...

Considering that the lists are currently wide open, I will wait until you come back with you know you can play.

Psyber, This year's tourney is not terrain nor specificly scenario driven, therefore it will allow for us to do a better job of later rounds pairings based on skill and outcomes.

No army or I would sign up.

Unless my schedule changes with classes, I won't be able to play in the tournament. However, I will still be bringing my army just in case.

If I'm not playing, I'd be glad to offer you my Icingstead army to play. It is monster themed and lots of fun.

I'd hate it if someone doesn't get a chance to play just because they don't have an army with them.
