I'm in Alberta, and in my email today I got a message from UPS saying delivery on July 4th. So I am rather hopeful this means a) I'm gonna get my stuff next week and b) everyone else is gonna get their stuff soon

Looks like they sent out the first processed batch and the rest of us are waiting for UPS to schedule another truck. Makes sense to me, rather than keep those orders waiting.

 

Maybe my plea to uncurse you all was a partial success.

Hmm -- I thought Bryan was complaining specifically about shipping to Calgary, and that someone had hypothesized that this might reflect a tariff difference between east and west. Since I'd expect both Calgary and BC to be "west", I'm not sure how to read this. Of course, the reports above have the packages routing through Ontario...

 

Whatever -- US with 29, so I don't have a dog in the hunt. I hope that you folks don't get caught with fees for the unexpected shipment.

We don't know anything solid excep that some of us have to wait. Brokerage should bee solved and no fees, a lot of work went into making that happen.

What I don't understand is that the UPS tracker says the box is already in Ottawa and on its way to my house... how is that true if they have to redo the Canada orders? Unless they just need to refile some papaerwork and the reality is the box is siting here in my city but they won't deliver it till the paperwork is fixed...

BC here and no second shipping notice yet. Maybe they changed their method and are shipping directly instead of all to Canada via pallet and then out from there?
