:( Mine didn't make it.

United States 07/02/2013 14:10 Received into UPS possession

I had been thinking that the return of the packages that failed to get through would be a required precondition for them to move forward with Canadian shipping. I'm really hoping this means something can now happen. (Whatever that 'something' might be.)

I wish there was a way for Reaper to just direct ship my order. At this point I'm more than happy to process it through Canada customs and pick it up at the UPS depot myself. At worst I'll have to pay $40 or $50 in tax.

I'm seriously thinking of of telling reaper to just screw UPS and send my package USPS. I'll pay for the shipping, I don't care how much it is

If you think that's tempting, I have a USPS P.O. Box which also accepts UPS, FedEx, Etc. One little adjustment in the pledge manager and I could be shipping next week.

Nevertheless I'm not changing anything. I can wait for Reaper to do things their UPS's way and I certainly don't want to throw any last-minute monkey wrenches into the works.

A friend just outside of Peterborough, ON just got his package today. I'm trying to remain optimistic that I may see mine before my most recent offspring makes their debut (ETA six days), else they may sit in miniature limbo for quite some time...

I figured out what the problem is: Canada Customs thinks that we're trying to get organic material shipped across the border.

"What are these things Terry?"

"Says here on the packing form they're some kind of figurines."

"You mean, like those wee lil animals my gramma used to get in the red rose tea packets?"

"I think so Dean."

"So, what are they made of?"

"Says here they're made out of bones."

"Hold the phone there Terry! That sounds like a five eleven! Just give 'er!"

Alarms sound, flashing red lights, huge steel doors slam down, securing the immediate area.
