Presenting Sgt. Niko Ohio of the mighty Sanrio division. The most courageous Space Marines you never heard of.

Occasionally the semi local, sorta helpful Games Workshop store has a free mini stand outide, trying to get people to come in and buy some. This is one of it's liberated miniatures. Because he was a) free and b) a Space Marine, I decided to have some fun, he's been sitting around just aiting for April 1 to come about.

well, should I ever acquire more space marines, they will all get the Sanrio div. treatment. Should i ever get enough, i may even learn how to play the game, just to field them and piss off the 'serious' (see anal retentive) WH40K players

I have always wanted to have a girly painted army, that I then destroyed people with. ::D:

I once heard a rumor [legend?] of a space marines army that was painted in all the colors common to plastic easter eggs. Each squad of 10 [space marines are -or- were at that time organized into squads of ten?] was coordinated by color: Squad Tangerine, Squad Fuchia, ...Chartreuse, ...Baby Blue ...etc.

heh heh heh! reminds me of my old elven bloodbowl team "the pansies"

I'm currently playing a Dark Elf team called 'The Hairdressers of Llothlorien'

On the basis, of course, that the most evil thing a dark elf can do to a wood elf is cut their flowing locks >.>

Presenting The Engineer, this hulking monstrosity of flesh and steel was originally another Nurgle-themed baddie from Games Workshops Rogue Trader boxset (like his friend Screamin' Eddie).

Not quite as happy with this one as I was with Eddie, for all his details he ended up kinda boring looking, but I was rather pleased with how his fiery belly turned out.

They called them Renegade. Traitor. Heretic. Just for abandoning the lies of the Corpse-Emperor for the loving embrace of Grandfather Nurgle. They heard his call, they would tend to the eternal garden.

Here are some of my last finished miniatures of 2019, I just forgot to upload them to the forums.  Cultists, Renegades, and Traitors to serve in my Warhammer 40k forces.

Field agents of the Inquisition, Crusaders are warriors trained in some of the finest military academies in the galaxy.
They provide any group they are assigned to a wealth of knowledge and experience, and a worrisome reminder that the Inquisition is always watching.

Presenting Hugo the Crusader, a character class from Warhammer 40k by Games Workshop (this particular one is from the Blackstone Fortress standalone game).

This one proved quite tricky, made the classic mistake of getting him assembled and based before checking to see if I could actually get into all his nooks and crannies. He turned out quite good though.
