Aside from the kickstarter I've ordered reaper products on three occasions with missing things and/or severely miscast on four out of the three occasions. Great customer service getting things straightened out, but the QA isn't any better than China. At least that's been my possibly highly unlucky experience.I believe you were unlucky, unless there's been a big change for the worse recently. I have occasionally seen Reaper miscasts purchased from Reaper and elsewhere, but it is rare that one is so bad it would be too time-consuming or just impossible to fix myself. Missing parts in a blister have also been rare events. I don't think I've ever had a missing item in an order from Reaper. Extra sample paint once in a while, but not missing stuff. My There Be Dragons came with two shadow dragons and no fire dragon, my Orcpocalypse was missing an archer, plus one of the swordsmen (swordsorcs?) was missing a sword. My Forces of Nature was missing the earth elemental's head. I was initially going to report that the 'victim' was missing from the altar, but it seems they removed it intentionally after posting the picture. There was one thing I was wondering about, as I'm thinking it may be intentional: The Deep Dwellers picture shows three unique pieces, plus two similar fish warriors, one with his hands up, one with his hands down. I received two with their hands down. Was this another intentional post-Kickstarter change? Don't get me wrong - I'm very happy with the products. I had just assumed that with the Deep Dwellers the hands looked that way because in the image they were facing each other. (Sort of a mirror-image thing.) Thinking about it now, it would have been silly to make two almost identical molds, given the cost of the molds. Perhaps it was an intentional change. Ouch on your other issues, though. Are any of the inventory sheets organized by bag number? I only opened number 1 and didn't want to get the rest mixed in to make inventory slightly easier. Not sure how that will work out. After just, frankly, handling and looking at every single one of them for awhile I did get them inventoried. Thanks so much to Jasper_the_2nds Great spreadsheet!
