These are the nearly completed (1st three booths) of my farmers market & renaissance fair (RPG) tabletop game board,,,pictured are;

1. Beer booth (The Tin Tankard)

2. Potions/Lotions/Candles/Incense/Herbs booth (Unnamed as yet)

3. Rugs & Fabrics booth (Shags & Rags)

All that is left to do is add specific signs & standards.

I know that you have grown tired of seeing postings this project in the works...so this is the last posting of these booths until I start working on the board they will be mounted on.

I am open to suggestions for the naming of (booth # 2).

Those are great and entirely too much trouble for what i would use them for :upside:

Oh and I suggest Bob's Beer Booth...

Thanks for the your nice comment! Why are they too much trouble...they would work in any (RPG) tabletop game!...I needed name suggestions for (booth # 2 = the potions booth).

Those are wonderfully creative. Great stuff! Loving the beer booth. ::):

Now all you need are some booth babes.

Thanks for your kind comments. I love the support that you give me!...Does anyone make a boxed set of figures that would work for such a board piece? I would love to find some nice booth babes as well as common town folk & common merchants!...It would cost a small fortune to stock this board with individual miniatures...Since I deal with (Reaper, Hasslefree & Wyrd) miniatures mostly; my options are very limited as far as "common folk" in non-combat/armor/weapons go.

Reaper currently has several figures of townsfolk, many of which would be useful with your booths, and your town in general. At one time there was a boxed set of many of the townsfolk. I'm not sure if its still available.

A few of them will be released in Bones later this year, so those will be about a third of the current metal price, although the selection will be limited.

yea I saw that but I just kept thinking bob's beer booth when you ask for comments be prepared for them to be not at all helpful

it just seems like you put a lot of care and detail into them just too much work for me imo.

Impact has a lot of "vendors" and has a beer babe.

These are really awesome. How much of it is scratch built and how much is from other parts?

The Bones figures sound great...I researched what it would cost me for individual figures (Reaper & Hasslefree)...Selected Reaper figures that would fit the theme would cost me $130.85...and another $35.00 for Hasslefree...not counting shipping & handling costs...and I still would not have the standard "common folk" doing standard stuff (sitting/drinking/eating/etc)...I am not ready to spend that kind of money...that is why I am looking for some kind of boxed set of figures that are basic "common folk"...

Thank you MonkeySloth for the information in regard to (Impact Miniatures)...The two figures you posted are excellent; where can I get these in the USA? I do not do business with foreign firms for a number of reasons...so I try to find firms in the USA that carry figures I would like to have and both of these qualify.

In reply to your question...all the booths are completely scratch built...everything in the beer booth is scratch built except for the large beer mug & barrel. Everything in the potion booth is scratch built out of beads & jewelry findings. Everything in the fabric booth is scratch built using real fabrics cut to scale size.

I have long referred to booths like #2 (and also stores that sell primarily personal grooming products) as "Potions, Lotions, and Magical Notions," if that's any help.

Are those birthday cake candle ends on booth #2?

They are all nice, but I am especially impressed by your creative use of beads in booth #2.
