But overall I think any mini would look great on such bases. A couple of the Verminia Sisters Rat Gang members are the probable candidates for the sewer base, but I have a couple of Goblin Gas Blowers or a Dwarf Thermo Priest from Rackham that might look cool as Rat Hunters sent into the sewers.at the behest of the Blessed order of The Gooey Death to thin down the rodent population.

Sounds to me like you need more sewer bases! Maybe a tentacle coming out of the goo here and there. You already have a few, but I mean big Octopus ones like the tentacles from Bones. Anyway I love your basing! Edited November 29, 2018 by Glitterwolf 2

I am glad you like the bases, Glitter. More sewer bases is what I was thinking of as well. I have one I started with the sewer topped by the street & a building which I haven't added yet. The upper part will, if I ever get back to it, look like this: ...kind of. Overcoming the tendency to base my miniatures for games which I don't play is a challenge. 10
Glitterwolf
That two tier base is a great way to make little vignette. Something on the streets while in the sewers there is something else. The danger is beneath you? Awesome stuff! 3

I was going to use it for one of the Vermina (Rat Queen) miniatures & friends. What would go on top is yet to be determined. The Urban photo stage has diorama potential also...or just photo possibilities. Glad you like it, Glitter.
malefactus
Cap'n John wanted to go & grab a bite of brunch this morning. When we returned from Marble Falls, I finished the Prophet of The Blight: Breaking old habits, I already posted photos in the Show Off Section: There you go.

Jasonator
I am only going to make one sentence my friend... This is so imaginative, surprising, mind bending, it raises the bar on our hobby, and points to the magnificent ability of one person to create a myriad of entertaining, evocative, and spell binding beauty. (I changed my mind)..more than one sentence. Your basing is incredible, as is your use of color. I long to use your "gone with the howling banshee winds" when it comes to your colors. I am (sadly) not made of such bold stuff. I will admire how magnificent it is, but will content myself with my controlled brush strokes of subtle colors. You are a source of amazement to me, and I suspect there is a plethora of others that are of the same opinion. Great Stuff !!! I figure the bright colors are my Gypsy heritage...or not. Thank for YET ANOTHER colorful response, Jay. You paint vividly in prose. The morale boost is, as always, appreciated. I am delighted you enjoy my work. I will keep at it if only to brighten your day.

I am glad you like him. The level of detail/clutter on the Little Guy was The Reason it took SO long for me to get around to doing him, but it also make the mini. I working on his Fellow Mystery Miniature: The Fairy Hunter, who is EVEN MORE detailed/cluttered.

Glitterwolf
Great work on that one! So many details, I love the captured fairy. Now to make it out of those woods alive with that prisoner...

malefactus
Most of today was eaten up by a trip to distant Bee Cave for various provisions. I did manage to get two Wyrd Arcane Effigies assembled & primed. The one on the left is their old metal one. The Fellow(?) on the right is the newer plastic one: The plastic one is very delicate & lacks some of the charm of the metal piece, but he has a creepy charm all his own: AND a work i progress piece I spotted on Pinterest got me playing around with a prototype Carnivorous Plant: I can see yet more strangeness in our future.
