malefactus
Inspired by a squiggle of hot glue that had been destined to be a root, I added some tendrils/tentacles tp the trio of Mushrooms I was painting: It's the "getting-carried-away-with-things" syndrome again.

Especially not in the planning and buying stages of projects. I've got problems with wanting "complete" collections with all the bells and whistles. When I was a war gamer, it was the finisher "army" that appealed to me. I usually ran out of either money or steam before reaching the finish line. Now I enjoy the process of getting to finished. The carried-away-with-things involves making things impossibly complicated or far too time consuming to ever be done. Thanks for the reply, Zink. I have been enjoying your experiments with terrain. 11 hours ago, Chaoswolf said: I really like the newer members of the gang; the blues and purples look very good! I am happy you like the blues & purples. I have enjoyed expanding the color selection in The Box. Thanks for the reply, Wolf.
malefactus
The latest addition is a trio of fiendish looking Mushrooms: To how of the Gang in the Box a couple of pics were necessary...don't want to lose the back row: There are seven singles & another trio to do. Of course, these are the biggest & most complicated of The Gang. Until whenever.

Glitterwolf
The Devil Caps are my favorite kind! They look evil and majestic! And there are possibilities with those caps. Birds could sit on those and drink/bathe from the rainwater that has accumulated in there. A goblin might even swim in that. Or there might a little pool of poisonous goo in there with bones and a hand/tentacle sticking out. Maybe a small cobwebb and a spider who took residence in one of those caps. Am I rambling? Yes I am... 2

Yes I am... Thank you, Glitter. I am delighted you like the Devil's Caps best. There are all sorts of possibilities for the caps from whimsical to sinister. Just giving the inside a glossy finish gets the mind whirring as to what that might be. They could figure well in a community of Goblins or Faeries. There may be more of the them appearing & more elaborate at that.
