All I purchased was a single faction's worth of miniatures, as the game itself was too pricey for me at the time. :\

If you have the money now, they re-opened the pledge manager so people can upgrade their pledges at https://www.fundafull.com/. I imagine you could just change your pledge and pay the difference if you wanted the whole thing at the kickstarter price.

That seems surprising this late into fulfillment.  Though on the other hand, they're still manufacturing the non-Core Set bits, so I guess it makes sense to allow that, in a way.

yes they said they wanted backers to be able to add the expansions after trying the game:

pledges being locked or unlocked DON'T MATTER AT ALL for making sure the core game ships to you.

Since we are shipping in two waves, we had to pull data without pledges being locked, since we wanted to leave the option open for people to add expansions after they got the core game (we're assuming after playing the game, some backers might want to up their pledge).

The tones on Shub-Niggurath make her look much more menacing than the bright and cheery default red.
