Hadier
So i was wondering if anyone had a suggestion what to do with my old models, I now live in the Portland area and have a sizable Warhammer Dark Elf army. Fantasy was my least favorite of GW's games, and the fact that there is nowhere local where i can just hang out has me looking at selling, trading, and just plain disposing of the army. I have considered trying to sell my army on Ebay, but I'm not sure how or if it would be my best course of action. If anyone has suggestions I am quite open to your thoughts. Thanks
Unruly
You could head over to DakkaDakka and see if anyone there wants to buy it.

dispatchdave
Dakkadakka or Bartertown are fairly good trade sites (DD specializing in 40K, Bartertown being more general). -Dave
Inarah
You could always just pack them away for later. Who knows when a new local place will open up or a group of people will want to play.
Moderator Chaoswolf Posted June 19, 2013 Moderator Share Posted June 19, 2013 I'll second Bartertown; I've 'met' some pretty cool folks through that site, and made some good trades, too. Most of the people there will try and do their best to make sure that everyone walks away from a trade happy. Inarah also has a pretty good idea. If space isn't an issue, box 'em up for a rainy day a few years down the road.

Have you been banned from this place: http://www.otherworldsgames.com/ Are you on the non-gaming side of the harbor or something? Or: http://www.ordofanaticus.com/blog/ ?? Edit: according to this there is even an outpost of the 'EE'... Edited June 19, 2013 by TGP

TGP
I just knew there had to be some... Nope not banned from any of those locations, i just didnt know about them. Honestly though im not a big fan of how the fantasy rules work, i have an even larger Dark Eldar Army and i absolutely love it I am not a big fan of how the current fantasy rules work either. It would take a whole other thread to analyze / explain why (and really, such a thread would rightfully belong on some other domain). That ordofanaticus store sounded like a place to turn up with your Dark Eldar Army.
