Rocketpropelledgames
I'm curious where the big jump in line items per order is gonna be. I ordered 34 line items, so I know I'm probably gonna be in the last day of US shipments. Of the 8700 orders left how many are CA, ROW , and US? In a post Bryan KevinR made earlier this week, quoting Bryan, he noted that there were 2600 RoW orders and 1500 Canadian, but I'm not sure how many of the Canadian went out, if any . . . Edit: Or maybe Bryan didn't make the post . . . I'll have to go find it. And here it is . . . it was a quote supplied by KevinR . . . The most relevant quotes from the weekend seem to be (from Bryan, Reaper, and Bryan): There's about 1400 Canadian orders, so that's just about halfway done. There's another 2600 non-Canadian International. Dan Goodchild
It was mentioned that there are roughly 750 Canadian orders remaining to be picked.
Farnaby
so I'm ROW and I have a total of 19 items, so I predict that I'am going to be among the last sent out. :( And I'm at 21 items.
MonkeySloth
So it's reasonable to say roughly 5,000 US orders left.
Dan Goodchild
Just an idea from Denton to the southern tip of TX, Brownsville area is 9 hours by car, to the western point El Paso area 9hrs, to Amarillo TX to the north 5 1/2 hours. Heh...as I have recently done a 12 hour car trip, with 12 hours of state above my start point and 4 or so below my end I'm not sure "9 hours" is big. At least if you have a car and can get a couple of days off work over a weekend. Meh. I drove from Niagara Falls, Canada to Denton, TX for Reapercon. Roughly 2300Km (1430 mi) each way. Also, I would do it again… it was totally worth it.

ReaperCon, however, I really want to get to one of these years.
roguetrada
It is irksome that RoW still hasn't begun shipping yet, and whilst I understand that Reaper are likely waiting on the Postmaster getting them the truck they need to get the orders shipped, it doesn't abate the annoyance (much). I mean, in terms of people recieving their packages, I'd have thought hitting out RoW would have made more sense, considering how long it'll take for items to ship via USPS. Just hoping that once this 1500 US orders is done, RoW finally gets some love from reaper. True, but being Irked at Reaper for the inefficiencies of the USPS is not really fair. The USPS is notoriously bad at customer service, especially if they have to go out of the norm to do something. I'm not irked at Reaper, but I am irked at the situation. I accept it, but it still drives me a bit nuts. . This, I'm not irked at Reaper, the whole situation is entirely frustrating though.
chaosscorpion
Yeah a road trip to Reaper Con I get. I actually considered the drive from home to Denton, Dan is actually closer than I am by and hour and a half. But would you drive 9 hours from El Paso to Denton for a 15 min pick up and then 9 hours back.

Niranth
I mapped it out and added a few miles so my brother's lake house was half way. Now to find a way so the whole family gets the time off together. At 33 items, it will be a while before it ships.

If it were something more mundane, no. I'd probably make an overnight of it though; my first day driving to Reapercon was about 18 hours and I think I'd like to break that up a bit. DixonGrfx
640 miles from El Paso to Denton. It's not so much the time as it is the fuel. At 20 mpg, that's 32 gallons of gas one way. 32 gallons of gas at $3.25 a gallon is $104.00.... One way. Then food, lodging, snacks.... That looks like a pretty expensive trip for a 15 min pickup and already paid for shipping.. Besides, it's impossible to leave the Reaper Game Store without spend money on something. My big weakness is paint... If you drive over to Denton to pick up your rewards...... you'll "reward" yourself and punish your wallet. I know. I speak from experience. MonkeySloth
I'm the opposite, I'd probably only drive an hour or so to pick up something like this maybe an hour and a half. I pretty much hate being in cars and 5 hours is the max, even if someone else is driving, before I'm done for the day. It's about a 20 hour drive to Reaper HQ from where I live so that means airplane only for me.

Picking up something like this would make a great reason for the road trip but wouldn't be the whole point of it.
