Finarfin
I have been thinking on creating a thread with the topic "How Reaper could improve the experience on the kickstarter". But I´m not sure if it would convert into an invitation to flame.
araziel
It'd probably help if the ks.reapermini thing actually said that the counter broke and thus was removed, but that they're still shipping/done soon. Or something to that effect. As is lots of people got paranoid their package was lost, which seems very unnecessary.
kimbers
I have been thinking on creating a thread with the topic "How Reaper could improve the experience on the kickstarter". But I´m not sure if it would convert into an invitation to flame. Brian has expressed in the past that all feedback, both positive and negative, is regarded as important and is discussed at meetings. At this point, I think it may be a bit late for that thread. I'm sure there will be a gigantic meeting after everything has gone out the door and all order problems have been taken care of. They will most likely go through all Kickstarter-related threads, kickstarter comments, twitter comments, facebook comments, emails at that point. They still have a lot of work ahead of them at this point even after we all have been taken care of (but I expect they may want to take a week or two to curl up in a ball and have a stress-relieving cry and gather their thoughts - I would). Long after we have put the thoughts of their many difficulties behind us, they will be analysing and going through them again and again.
Shadowdirk
Do keep 'us' dutchies 'op de hoogte' about total traveltime and customs issues, perhaps some nice postNL problems as well? I am interested to see how much we wil be charged before we can take charge of our shipment. Having to have exact change when they deliver is kind of hard when you are not notified beforehand how much you are supposed to pay. Having a better guesstimate will come in handy. Though my carrier is a great guy who has even once offered to pay the charge himself so I could pay him back when I had the funds. It was not necessary in the end, but still a nice offer. Somehow I doubt he will be willing to advance my kickstarter package Declared value will be just the amount for your kickstarter level (i.e. USD 100 for vampirelevel) regardless of the add-ons. That value will most likely be accepted unless you have a shipment of several boxes, you might get lucky and slip through. Delivery in the Netherlands will be by PostNL; when they are at your door with a bill tell them to drop it off at the nearest postal agency (probably a supermarket near you). You will get a pick up note and they will drop it there late that same day or the next. You can then pick up at your leasure and use PIN instead of cash. Late for this, true, but not if they hopefully do another kickstarter :P

At the moment the status is: Arrived at Sort Facility July 18, 2013, 3:13 am ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) Still not sure where I can store al the miniatures in an already overflowing hobby attic :D

BUT that would mean the package is right there... RIGHT in FRONT of us! And we'd have to say 'I'll pick it up later'... I don't know if I can do that. What if I never see those beauties again?... What if I just get like 10 of each coin and 3 of each bill? :P Will that do?
vincent_muyo
I'm a bit sad not to have gotten a shipping notification yet. Didn't expect my 19 (16?) item to Sweden would end up among the last 2000. :( (I did expect to get them sometime in August, though).

GeraintElberion
With the ticker gone and the updates so hard to find, I'm worried that people who have been missed might not even know when they've finished shipping. How are we going to keep track now?
Finarfin
I´m expecting that they finish tomorrow, but is only an educated guess based on the known info. But... until I receive some mail I´m ermmm waiting. I really would like to know the current status, I know is not really important but I would feel better and I would stop to doing ddos to the reaper page XD
Laoke
With the ticker gone and the updates so hard to find, I'm worried that people who have been missed might not even know when they've finished shipping. How are we going to keep track now? Well, I kinda assume that the end of shipping will be Big Enough™ that they put out a Kickstarter update on it, even if it's just to let Undertakers know their shipments are starting. Or that they'll post it on the news section of the Reaper site. Or that they put it on their Facebook wall. Or that they comment on the Kickstarter comments. Or that they post it here in a post about kittens. Or that they send up smoke signals sent by lighting telegram forms on fire and waving a damp messenger pigeon over the flames. Or that they post on the Paizo forums. Or someone draws inferences from a post someone else makes on Dakkadakka. Ahem. The real answer? Without input from Reaper we can't. GeraintElberion
Which makes me really worried. the e-mail provider I used when ordering no longer does business. Of course, I've updated my KS profile but I have no confidence that this will be reflected in what Reaper does. And if I can't check when they're done then I won't know if I've been missed. BTJ
Wait a couple of hours before worrying, I got an email saying mine shipped today, so could be that's the last truck?

Just email them with your details (including old email address) and I'm sure they will update it for you on their system if it hasn't been already ([email protected]). Although, I notice that my email came via Amazon and not directly from Reaper, so it could be that they are using the Kickstarter tools to send the USPS messages.
