Rustkill Posted July 18, 2013 Share Posted July 18, 2013 No shipping email for me yet, but I'm in Australia, and the paints that I ordered from Reaper (as a regular order, not as part of the Kickstarter) just arrived this morning. They were shipped on the 10th of July and arrived here on the 19th. Shipping was USPS, same as for the Kickstarter items. I haven't had my shipping notification yet and there's plenty of people saying likewise on the Kickstarter comments thread. The problem is that we have no idea what the Hades is going on. Looking at the parcel tracker page just now and its still saying that USPS haven't actually picked it up yet. I've never had trackable mail from aboard before, so I don't know if this is normal and it's only a problem if it never arrives, or if I should start freaking out already. Whenever I have a package with tracking shipped by USPS the tracking is really useless. It will say nothing more than the package was picked up until it's delivered at my door. Maglok Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 Usually when I get tracking numbers from america they are sort of like 'Moved to chicago, moved to los angeles, went international' and it always stops there. :) If these post companies would just keep the tracking numbers from others, that would be quite nice. But all I can track is that it has left america and then... LIMBO! :D I've actually started cleaning out some shelves now. Moving my DVD collection to the left bookcase. Nocturne Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 (edited) I don't know about elsewhere but in the UK with USPS tracking numbers I've previously been able to pick the parcel up again once it's left America by going through Royal Mail or Parcelforce's tracking system. EDIT: Looks like it picked them up sooner that I thought, showing as Accepted on both Royal Mail and Parcelforce now but it doesn't look like it's left the States yet. Then nothing for a week, week and a half, then suddenly you get local customs and sometimes even the local delivery centre all at once. Then you get the parcel within a day or two. Will I ever get a shipping confirmation. As a backer of Frog God Games' Razor Coast, I can say that their production and shipping has had hiccups and delays but I have never been concerned because of the regular update e-mails letting people know what is going on. So I guess some of us have to be last. :) Fun fact though, at first they said 'all at the same time starting from lowest number', when they got to my number they went to biggest first for a bit, then when I figured 'and now you need to do mine' they went to 'specific countries first' ;) I don't think you should worry at all, at the moment they are still going. :) I also believe Bryan-zilla will be taking a vacation next week or so?
