Cassu
Kinda disappointing to wake up every morning and see I don't have a shipping email. Hopefully the rest of us RoW will get our shipping notifications by the end of the week.

theleast
I had hoped to receive part one of my shipment before I started running my Pathfinder campaign in November last year. That didn't happen. I had hoped to receive my bones before I finished Chapter 1 of my Pathfinder campaign in May this year. That didn't happen. I had hoped to receive my bones before I ran my custom campaign in June. That didn't happen. I had hoped to receive my bones by my birthday in early July. That didn't happen either. I know there are many logistical hurdles to overcome, and the delays may have been unforseeable and unavoidable, but I am becoming increasingly frustrated. Unlike a lot of people here, I don't have *any* miniatures at all to keep me occupied. The whole idea was to kickstart (heh) my newfound love for game-mastering with a huge, varied collection of bones. I have everything else I need, including players, campaigns, brushes, paints... etc. but I'm still sitting idly waiting for my bones to arrive. I WANT MY BONES!!! ::takes a deep breath:: Please

I wake up and first thing I do is grab my tablet to check my email - both my inbox, and the spam box.
Laoke
BONES! GIANT BIG BOX OF BONES! EDIT: Cthulhus and Vampires and Kaladraxi's, oh my! Don't take this the wrong way, fellow countryman of mine, but I truly hate you with the searing passion of a thousand burning lemmings.
ctsteel
My concern now is why things are dragging further into this week - as of mid-late last week when the ticker went down, there were around 2000 orders left to fill. I recall that during the earlier mass rollout of orders they were processing some 700 or so per day. So that should have seen the remaining orders whittled down significantly since last Thursday. And here I am Wednesday (Tue PM in Reaper HQ) with no email yet. Have they slowed down their packing throughput from sheer exhaustion so near to the end line? Or is there something else unsaid going on? I could handle being in the last batch (even the very last - BTW you should sign the last box or something!) if I just knew that progress was continuing - "today we did 500 boxes", "today we did 486 boxes" "357 left" etc. But nothing on top of nothing is very disconcerting. Arnifix
Luckily, Bones are very good at absorbing hatred. :-) but seriously, I feel bad for all ya'll too. Next time we kiwis should all chip in on a giant order to ensure we get our gear quicker (and all at the same time).
Laoke
On the bright side, the Shadowrun Returns Kickstarter is delivering the finished game to backers in approximately 36 hours. So I'll have something to distract myself wi... oooooh, shiny!
Arkady
Have they slowed down their packing throughput from sheer exhaustion so near to the end line? Or is there something else unsaid going on? My guess is there's two factors here. 1. US orders were likely easier to process with USPS that RoW, particularly now that RoW is at a stage where Reaper has presumably move on to tackling orders from countries the average USPS employee couldn't even find on a globe. ("New Zealand, what part of Canada is that?") 2. I wouldn't be surprised if international orders were, on average, fairly large. High postage is a huge incentive in terms of stretching your budget to get as much stuff as possible when a flat rate deal is available. So the orders on the home stretch may take longer to process to begin with.

Also, as far as Australia is concerned, we pay more for pretty much everything by default, thanks to what we've come to call the "Best Beaches in the World Tax". A quick search for Bones in Australian online retailers shows them listed for anything from 25% to 100% more expensive than buying direct from Reaper. As a result, when we have the opportunity to buy cheap stuff from the US we jump on it. Edited July 24, 2013 by theleast
carborundum
Hmmm. How long did it take you to write that email? At this stage, after so many orders are finished, the folks still waiting are having burnouts from the whole rollercoaster. A few lines, frequently, would soothe a lot of frustration. So, some Europe and Latin America (as we are one and the same ) were shipped. 4. My order came with a e-mail in blank (no description of the contents) and only from Reaper, didn´t get the USPS e-mail. Perhaps if were another e-mail problem, your order could are near and you didn´t know. Although they could make a weekly post just to keep us posted, now that the counter banner is off-line. Bryan said that he hope to ship all ROW until this weekend, so lets hope too. (and I still can´t believe that little goblin got his BONES before me... What happened? He finally kissed that gypsy lady and ended his curse?)
