Foxden Racing
At this rate we might be buying them dinner instead of lunch! Hopefully Kit gets back to us soon. :)
Dan Goodchild
I know it's Bryan's birthday today but maybe instead of rushing things we should slow down, plan it and organize it carefully?
Niranth
Agreed Dan. I think we can do it tomorrow though.
Dilvish the Deliverer
I think these are the best wings in Denton. http://www.reapermini.com/pages/figure_finder_image.php?sku=03182_G.jpgℑ=
kaosweaver
So.. new to the thread - what is the status on what is happening (and when)? I'm in, just need to know what is happening and what the next steps are
Foxden Racing
So.. new to the thread - what is the status on what is happening (and when)? I'm in, just need to know what is happening and what the next steps are What's happening: We were originally scheming for a Wings day tomorrow as a 'Happy 4th of July, thanks for working your butts off' gesture, only to find out that today's Bryan's birthday. Now there's discussion over whether to try and make it happen today since it's Bryan's birthday, but the discussion is trending towards 'no' since it's turning into chaos doing it on short notice. kaosweaver
Makes sense to be careful and all and plan it out. On the KS, someone wants to do Pizza Hut. What we probably need to know is how many peeps are we covering and have people pledge to do 1/2 a pizza (min) and figure on 1/2 a pizza per person to be covered. This way the team there will know their lunch is covered and not bring one :) Does this sound do-able? Hopefully Kit/Brian can let us know how many peeps participated and should be covered for the pizza party!

kaosweaver
FYI: http://www.yelp.com/biz/palios-pizza-cafe-denton#query:delivery%20pizza (ranked 4 out of 5 stars, couple of the lower comments had nothing to do with the pizza taste/flavor) http://www.paliosdenton.com/menu.html If Pizza Hut isn't a desired pizza place (personally not a fan, used to be, but not anymore) - I'm willing to pitch in here as well (Niranth) suggested we direct order each pie ourselves, which would work for funding)
Foxden Racing
When I talked to Kit months ago, he said there's normally 25 people around; I was figuring 10 pies total [assuming 8 slices; that's enough for 3 for everyone with a little left over]. No idea whether the fulfillment boost added some bodies or not.
Dragon Snack
Maybe Kit can add a limited time item to the store: "Food for minions". Then they can order what they want...
Niranth
There are some extra bodies. Bryan had mentioned college students. If they are anything like the ones I know, half a pie might not be enough.
Foxden Racing
Maybe Kit can add a limited time item to the store: "Food for minions". Then they can order what they want... +1. That's solve all the organizational woes, assuming Ed allows it and Kit can make it happen.

Malynor
Adding an item like that to the store would get weird from an accounting POV - Adding it without taxes/S&H, how to not include it as revenue for the store/business, etc.etc. Disclaimer: I'm not expert on business or accounting - just a gut feeling
