Bones You'd Like to See, thread #2

Recommended Posts

I honestly don't remember if I've requested this before, so...I'll say it (possibly again):

I would like a Grim Reaper / Angel of Death.

In Bones.

I find it exceedingly peculiar that Reaper does not, in fact, have any reapers in Bones. There's Mr. Bones, sure, but they have him with a shovel instead of a scythe. I was expecting at least one to show up in KS2, but to my everlasting puzzlement, one did not.

So, at least one Reaper, please, Reaper!  ^_^

Huzzah!

I'm thinking the Reaper Reapers.

02001, 02002, 02003, 0200402019, and 02020.

I'd prefer these Reapers to be made into Bones first:

War

Death

Famine

Plague

I vastly prefer the older Reapers (02001, 02002, 02003, and 02004 - I want the cavalry version more than the infantry version.)

*EDIT* Better still would be the traditional Horsemen -

I posted this in metal fantasy minis we'd like to see, but I'd also like them in Bones so:

Folded wings, feathery & leathery.

The Pathfinder Serpentfolk figs. They are by far my favorite "snake-men" figures and I'd buy a lot more for Lovecraftian/Hyperborean gaming if they were Bones.

While looking for some stand in models for Heroquest.. I decided I'd like to have an actual model for Sir Ragnar.. who is a knight that has been taken captive.  While I did find some semi-unarmed knightly figures.. none of them actually look like prisoners.  So.. I thought I would request a few similarly themed models for other such situations.

Knight captive

Knight defeated (not killed.. but bested)

Drunken Knight

Disarmed Knight

I would also love to see this guy

and

I guess while I'm at it I should ask for a pony too..

I'd like to see Bones bits: skulls, bones, coins, corpses, mushrooms, rocks, swords, backpacks, other weapons. Most boardgame bases have no texture, and their size is based on gameplay, rather than the miniature sculpt. So you have blank areas on the base, such as the left model, with a simple dungeon base. You can see how static grass fills in the base for the outdoor model, but I think a skull would work best in a dungeon. Thanks!

I agree on this for the bits.  A few of these types of things can be found in the dungeon scenery sets for Bones 2.. but I would love to see things to flesh out a dungeon.  I'm personally working on creating a set to play Heroquest with and running down candlesticks and books and treasure chests (I have the one from Bones 1) is a pain.  On that note..

Open and Closed Doors markers for wooden, metal, stone, and barred style doors is on my wishlist.

Street gang miniatures for use in modern or futuristic settings (shadowrun) 50002: Boris Barayev, Five Suns Smuggler

Generic cloaked religious characters: Aglanda, Herald of Razmir

Mounted/Unmounted characters would have a decent price point for bones.

You are rather short on Druid options. Particularly male.: Tobias Winterhorn, Druid

As well as monks: Jade Star, Female Monk

I second a generic pirate: Blackreef Pirate

Drow (varieties of weapons, clothing, armor, classes)

Avriel

I'd like to see some midflight beasties with wings spread wide.

Most flying creature minis have them based on the ground or looking as if they are about to spring up and launch. I'd like to see Reapers sculptors try their hand at a series of creatures that look as if they are flying. Maybe with legs/arms tucked up against their bodies. Maybe with some, like a dragon, having its arms and claws extended as if about to grasp someone or something.

I'd also like to see Reaper design a new flight stand capable of supporting large creatures.

Preferable a transparent stand that cradles the "undercarriage" of the mini to support and hold it in position so that the mini itself is easily removable for transportation and storage. As opposed to one that has to be inserted and/or glued to the mini.
