Popular Post EbonStorms
To get ready for GenCon I've been paiting a lot of minis. I figured I'd post a few. Let's start with the big guy. We needed something big and scary to put on the table and who better than Cthulhu. I'm usually a very slow painter (talking 1-2 week to finish a mini) but I painted this guy in three days. Once I started, I just could not stop. (I really like this mini) The Kickstarter Sophie is actually the first of the Sophies that I have painted, and I've been meaning to get a motocycle-themed group of minis together so she will be my first of both. About the same time as my Bones minis arrived I also received the Bomeshell Babes minis so I had to paint some of them as well. Here is Maelee, Vivian, Pussy Patrol, and Bug Spray. Some of these Bombshell Babes will be part of my Steampunk-themed group I call Ladies of Steam. I added the Steampunk Dorothy sculpted by Sebastian W W Archer, Reaper's Rosie, Wyrd Miniature's Brass Arachnid, and a steam tank from Ironclad Miniatures. Of course, I had to try out some of the other Bones minis. I used these for to experiment with painting. They are Goldat, Norgol, Anirion, and Night Spectre. Between painting I played some Borderlands and Black Ops Zombies so I dug through my pile of minis and painted these two. The "Friendly Robot" is from Black Cat Bases and Evie the post-apocalyptic heroine is from Reaper. Well, I've got about 5 more minis to paint and three days to paint them so I better get back to it.

Inarah
Nice minis. I particularly like Sophie and Vivian. Need to check and see if I picked up Dorothy, if not definitely get one at GenCon this year.
Enchantra
Looks like you will be fielding quite the army of babes in your sessions. Great work on the paint jobs. There is no better sense of accomplishment than fielding an army you painted yourself.
KruleBear
Very nice set. Really like Cthulhu and Vivian. Is that the base that comes with Steampunk Dorthy? It is very cool.
gi6ers
Fantastic job on the big green fella!! Really like the colour choices!
EbonStorms
The base on Dorothy was a pocketwatch I bought for about $10. I've been using the parts for decorations. I don't think she actiually came with a base.
youwashock
Good stuff all around, but I really like what you did with the Night Spectre.

Foxfire
Absolutely adore the base on Dorothy, I now have a reason to buy all those cheap pocket watches I've been lusting after.

catdancer
Fantastic job on these female figures! I would love to know where/how you got the base (which is completely fantastic) for the steampunk lady holding the basket (which is also excellent)! I love the steampunk theme but have never done much on the figures that are available...you have made me ponder the idea!
