Yeah. That's weird. I expect it to squawk like a chicken. The painting on the brain is good. Maybe a coat of gloss just on the brain so it looks squishy?

I did a light semi-gloss cream coat on the brain (after sealing) but it does not seem to show up too well in the photos...a coat of solid gloss may be too much...but I will consider the suggestion.

Awesome. That was one of the first minis I painted back in 1989. I still have it, though it broke off at the ankle. Love this mini! Good job!

I clicked on this thread thinking, man I am going to be disappointed when it's not just a figure of a hand on someone's head.

 

I was not disappointed. I love that guy, he's amazingly cute and, I assume, vicious!

It looks like an intellect devourer and a peryton had a head-on collision at 70mph. Its cute.
