You can't buy Buglips' Big Book o' Facts anywhere. Few have ever seen it, but legends say that if you bury an old 'Partha paint or two at the very bottom of your dirty laundry and wait, you may wake up one morning to find find his wisdom scrawled across your walls in a mix of crayon and blood.

Bah! the aforementioned goblin is loosing his ability to ferret out Ral Partha paints. I posted a tasty pic of a Partha paint in my current wip thinking I'd hear the pitter pat of goblin feet, but nope, no Buglips.

My sponsor helped me through the temptation, and now I have my 30-day chit.

I'm not going to do a whole break-down on how I view the figures in Bones I. I'd just like to say the PCs come in all shapes and sizes and Bones I barely scratched the surface. I'm up for many, many more PCs. PC-race villians are often the deadliest monsters anyway.

How much was it to go in for one of every mini in Bones One? What about one of everything? (Case, etc)

That plus 50% or so will give me an idea of how much to set aside for Bones 2: Eclectic Boogaloo

I didn't do the exact math, but considering what I paid for mine and adding on the stuff I did not opt for (Nethyrmaul and Sophie being the big ones) I'd say maybe $250-ish for one of everything?

$494 Includes both sophies (25 ea) 4 paint sets ($72) Orcopolips $25, Case ($25) Vampire $75 (Sophie counted elsewhere) one each of the addons ($247). Interesting that all mini addons are $247 and everything else is $247.

Missed only by half. Sooo close. It surprised me too.

Close. The UL Sophie was $28, not $25. Plus, I wouldn't count Orcopocolypse as being necessary for one of everything, given all of the minis were included in Vampire.

More of Tre' Manor's sculpts. The size is in that large humanoid range that Bryan suggested, and their fine detail came out rather excellently. I'd also like to see more of the larger monsters and such that would easily proxy into people's wargames. I know that Reaper has their own fanbase, and that they're also the default "go to" ranges for D&D players, but Warhammer has been going down the really large monster road for awhile now, paired with a price to match. I think appropriate-but-still generic Bones-proxies would blow them away and sell very well to both markets.

Phoenix with optional rider?

Dinosaurs with optional riders?

Big-old Vrock-type demon?

Great big flaming not-balrog demon with ornate armour, a whip and an axe?

Another bone giant (not bent over!)

More options for Ogres, Trolls and Minotaurs?

and so on...

For roleplayers, painters and wargamers, that stuff is Gold, Jerry. Gold!

Which begs the question - why is buglips killing crayons and using their blood??!
