Dan d'Lyon
I'd be fine with the same nomenclature because it makes understanding the levels easy and I know about what I need to expect. The $$$ buy ins may change a bit, but the naming could be the same; why re-invent the wheel? Besides, sometimes organizations try to be clever and re-do something and it just seems trite. I've seen other kickstarters use 'pledge level names' to try and mimic reaper and I'm like 'groan'. I really doubt this will happen. Since you can buy a retail Vampire package, I'm sure they'll want to offer the same option with KS2. I could see using monster names this time.
Lord Dragon
Monster Names would be cool where would cthulhu fit on the scale.
Magnus Mercury
Monster Names would be cool where would cthulhu fit on the scale. I think they'll need to go with a different Great Old One, since Cthulhu was in the last KS... But that's a good point about Reaper offering the Vampire set as such for retail. If they stick with the Undead theme, they may have to switch some names around (or use different ones) to minimize the possible confusion. Either that, or clearly label them "KS1 Vampire" and "KS2 Vampire" for the retail kits (that would keep a nice symmetry of sorts). Teskal
I'm sure the KS 2 Level will be the Scarecrow or Jack'o'Lantern Level.
Moderator OneBoot Posted September 13, 2013 Moderator Share Posted September 13, 2013 I'll take October 15th just because it's my birthday although I honestly think it will be earlier than that. Was going to post the same thing for the same reason! It'll make it easier to open the wallet, after all, it'd be a birthday gift for myself. Still going to be a birthday gift for myself regardless. Regardless of when it happens in October, it will be a "birthday present." Mine is on the 14th, and Husband's is on the 27th. ...Actually, regardless of when it happens, period. Huzzah! --OneBoot :D

Lord Dragon
I missed the first KS but have been looking at getting one on ebay and didn't know if it would be worth it investing in the first KS starting paying around 200 for a vampire level package with a few extras with the second right around the corner. there are a few of the minis I really would like to have expecially the dragons. but am torn. i figured if i bought it I would have a ton of minis to paint before the next kickstarter actually arrives. Adrift
Lord Dragon, with all respect, you're not going to run into ANYONE on this or any other miniatures website who will tell you NOT to buy more miniatures. It's like going to a crack house and not looking for crack. Buy the minis...you know you NEED them, and they NEED you too. Make the miniatures happy. Give them your soul...I mean home.
MiniCannuck
... We're not to buy more miniatures until we've finished painting the last one? I guess I won't be getting any more minis for at least 10 years :)
Godfather Punk
Where's the problem? After all it is known you can't have more than 200 minis at any given time. Edited September 14, 2013 by Godfather Punk
