cthulhudarren
Let's remember too, that those both have very practical gaming functions. Familiars are popular in D&D generally, and in 4.0 at least, "summon hellhound" is a fairly popular low(ish) level wizard spell. Often, it's not going to be the hobby painter community that drives sales, but the broader gaming community that wants cool things for their games. Oh yes. I want all the monsters from the AD&D monster manual and then the tome of horrs stuff...

Copyright might get in the way a bit as for what you can 'call' them, but I agree every GM out there should want to pick up more bones! How else are we expected to support and bookcase and storage shelf industry? :)
MissMelons
Bleh, Considering that I was hoping to get in on a paint set or two plus some mini's I may have to beg the Mister into expanding my budget to 200$ Begging and Incentives must begin immediately. How else are we expected to support and bookcase and storage shelf industry? :) If only we could have licensed D&D Bones. I have no reason to believe that WotC would be even remotely interested (especially with Paizo already in the mix for Bones), but it would be pretty awesome for the fantasy RPG fans.
Gilfander
It's a nice dream. WotC would never cut into their own mini sales to be involved in a Bones KS. I'd be nice to see some more Paizo minis, but for the most part Reaper can avoid any issues simply by using different names. We all have imaginations and can read between the lines as it were. lostcarpark
Hang on, are we getting this "lower price point" info from this post? I can't afford it, but I know I won't be able to resist. It will be a smaller pledge than last time. Because I read that as lostcarpark not pledging as much this time, as opposed to the pledge levels being lower. If there's other info that I'm missing then that's great, but at this stage I'm wary about "Chinese whispers". Sorry if I misled anyone... I don't have any inside info on what the pledge levels will be. All I meant by this was I have less to back this one. James
Dadcubed
I'm just refreshing here: http://www.kickstarter.com/profile/1513061270/created. As soon as I see Bones II then Bang. $500 pledged. Then read and look at everything in the pledges ;). I reckon this will hit 1mill in first 18 hours.
lostcarpark
Well, I'm also a Mantic fan, and they're running their Mars Attacks KS in October, so I really hope Bones II starts a little bit later... preferably late enough to be in a different pay cheque...
