Estimated Turnaround time on Bones replacements?

I had a problem with getting two of the same Hydra head attachments. E-mailed right away when the bones came back in July. early Sept. I got an e-mail saying that a proper head would be on its way. Mid Sept the tracking e-mail went out. A week and a half later my new head attachment came. It was the exact same double that I had originally gotten. So now there are three of the same had attachments. My poor hydra! I took a picture to so they could see what is I'm dealing with. And last friday they responded that they will send another replacement head.

 

So turn around time in this case might be way different, since I'm probably now towards the end of their list. But otherwise the first turn around time was not that long once they informed me of what they were doing.

I got the replacement paints and gnoll yesterday but the wrong rogue archer but its no worries and all I'm not even going to mention in to them.

 

So happy about the the whole deal and looking forward to seeing what ill get in the bones 2 ks!

If they sent out a shipping notification, there should be a tracking number on the email. That would be my first check.

 

If you don't have it, or can't find it, send an email to [email protected]

 

This is what they sent me via email:

That's a pre-shipping email (so if there is a problem you can tell them before they actually post it), a few days after it you'll get another with a tracking number (I think it was about 4-5 for me

Ok, question: I sent an email about some missing pieces and miniatures. Its not a big deal, but they told me they would give me the option to receive a gift card or resending. Anybody knows if they have finished fixing this kind of errors? I mean, I would be perfectly fine as I am now, but I´m curious. I don´t want to write again to avoid innecesary mess.

I depends on the figures, I guess. I mentioned Juliette, Female Wizard out of all the defective, noseless minis in my first email because that was the only one I wanted a replacement for. But they aren't doing anything to replace the discontinued minis. No credit, no replacements, nothing. I'll end up buying a Balto Burrowell or other gnome with small hands so I can chop one off and transfrom Juliette Thalidomide-born into Juliette, Female Wizard.

 

So, if you want to get a replacement for one of the discontinued defectives, you're SOL. Which is not the same thing as SOD, apparently.

 

However, they did fix all my other issues (kind of. Still waiting on a part of a kaladrax tail.), and I finally got to assemble my Fire Giant King, so I'm pretty happy. I'm joyfully participating in Bones 2, but I really hope none of my favorite models ends up as being discontinued.

Well, I didn´t saw that you answered here cause my message was moved (second time, the first one was the flgs issue. ladystorm is gonna kill me). Anyway I received answer, a gift certificate. Now I feel bad for the difference between the ks price of the minis and the certificate they give me >_> I understand better now the whole "reaper custom service is wonderful", with this and the whole flat rate shipping on ks1.

 

Anyway, I think I read about not using gifts certificates on ks2 cause amazon payments don´t accept them. Logic and normal. Any chance to be able to use them on the pledge manager after that, where people can increase his pledges?

From the time Reaper announced they were processing the replacements, to the time my Jabberwock had his replacement right wing (the KS had shipped with two left wings) was a little less than a week. I think there was a total of 2 days from the confirmation email to the time the little box showed up at my door. The Reaper team is doing a fantastic job IMHO. Keep it up guys!
