Estimated Turnaround time on Bones replacements?

Is there an easy way to check our KS Order #? I don't know what it is, but I'd love to be able to provide you with that information if I have to send another email at some point.

 

EDIT:
Also, I sent my latest email to [email protected] (not questions) a month ago, and have not received any notification that it was ever received. Should I be worried I slipped through the cracks yet, or are you still working through that account as well?

there is no easy way to get your order # without the packing list.

 

I would not worry just yet - we have a different crew working the help address and I do not know for sure that they are done.

 

if all else fails, you could e-mail me, but I'm already moving slow enough trying to watch this forum, watching that too will hurt.

So...my brother got an email that stated something like "Kaladrax SOD" - in addition to a few missing models. Any idea what that means? Especially considering that he wasn't missing anything from Kaladrax...

SOD = Shortage/Overage/Damage and is internal shorthand for "ship a replacement/offer credit"

 

I'd need the relevant KS Order # or e-mail address to see what exactly we did to fix the issue. You can e-mail it to me - [email protected]

Just to be sure. I sent an email, oh quite some time ago now, regarding a miscast on my KS Sophie and was going to ask for the replacment to be sent with my next order (which is still sitting in my cart on the main page) and this is what I got back from Adrienne

We received your email regarding your KS issue. We will resolve it as soon as we can after our final phase of KS fulfillment. Thanks!

and the ironic thing. Not more than a minute after I sent this, I got an email saying it was being handled.

 

edit: oh and reading the meail,it sounds like they are not replacing the miscast part,they are replacing the Sophie. I LOVE Reaper

I just got a very pleasant surprise - I had emailed about the single miscast I had (Duke Gerald missing his shield & hand) about 2 months ago and just got an email saying I now have a promo code I can use worth twice what Duke Gerard costs! That is very cool! I doubt they would use this for something like Kaladrax but for the small single minis I think it is perfect.

EDIT: Of course, if I want free shipping, I have to order MORE paints and minis! And with the KS right around the corner! What to do, what to do...

 

Also, can you shed any light on how you're deciding how to fix problems? Some people are getting double gift certificates, some are getting things shipped to them, and others (like me) are getting gift certificates for the exact price of the missing items. Is there any method to this that you can divulge?

Where do you even enter the code on the site? I can't find a box for it anywhere in the order process (I could just be blind though).

 

And does anyone know how I find out what the part numbers are for a shadow dragon wing or do I have to trawl through the boneyard to find it?
