Estimated Turnaround time on Bones replacements?

@Slendertroll - forward your e-mail to me. I'll look at it. GC's should have been for retail value +, not exact amount...

It was for exact retail value, not KS value or anything. If there was supposed to be more than that though, I did not receive it. I'll go ahead and forward that email to you.

 

And while rereading the email, I discovered that it claimed I was getting twice the retail value, even though I only got the exact value.

So yeah.... I guess I better actually go through my order to make sure it's complete. Too busy dealing with real life...

Please remember to e-mail [email protected] with your KS Order # (It's on the top of your paperwork) your KS E-mail address, and if at all possible brief descriptions of the problem, with part numbers if you can -

 

example:

77194 C'thulhu missing left wing

77118 Tiviel missing

 

 

also remember that we mean the model's left or right, not the one that would be to your left or right if you were looking at them face on...

I got the certificate but I'm going to ask for replacements instead. Nice gesture as it is to give twice what I'm missing it ends up costing me another $40 with postage as the cheapest they offer is priority international. I'd really prefer it if they could just pop missing figures in a padded envelope and send it first class international which shouldn't cost more than the gift certificate I've been sent.

Hey I just got around to doing a fine detail check on my Kickstarter stuff I had already sent a mail about obvious issues and have received the replacement initiated email. Is it too late to report other issues now? also What did they do to fix the issue with ellen stone (gun slinging alien)?

too late? Maybe. We have begun shipments with some of the data entry crew. Others are still entering.

 

Email business@reapermini and if at all possible we will try to fix whatever the new issue is

 

Nocturne - email as above and we will see what we can do. It helps if the GC has not been activated, so we can delete it
