Is it too early to ask about the 12 days of reaper?

so, as this is going to be my first 12 days of Reaper. What can I expect? And more importantly, do I have to pay for each of my orders on the day I make them,or can I add them to my cart and check out at the end? (it sounds like I can not, but that would kinda suck for me)

 

I haven't been around *all* that long, but the past two years:

 

Each day, for 12 days, there is a different Reaper figure available. If you place an order above a certain dollar value on that day, that figure is added to your order for free. You do have to pay each day and check out, but, in past years, you could add a note to the order asking Reaper to hold your order to ship the whole bundle at the end of the 12 days. (You write it into the comments / special instructions part of the online order form during checkout)

 

The figures are generally limited edition promotional miniatures from past events/holidays/etc.

 

 

well that is doable, but it isn't going to do much to help with the shipping cost I don't think.

It would make sense to make sure your order(s) are enough to qualify for the free delivery.

And IIRC from last year, that minimum was over the (then) limit for free shipping to US or Canada, anyway. It may be the same again this year.

 

And they had Sophies.

 

Is how I have the only Sophie I have, as a matter of fact - my parents gave me Anhurians for Christmas, and they ordered during the 12 Days of Reaper (while I was out to sea).

Heh. I'm hoping for either the LJC Hedgehog or the Platypus. I have a friend who owns two hedgehogs, and her SCA arms involve a platypus. A painted one of either will make a great holiday present.

Thankfully I've pretty much been able to get my hands on all the difficult to get minis I've wanted thanks to Reapers past 12 Days of Christmas promotions. Unless they're adding something new into this years mix, this might be the first promo in years I won't be participating in. :down:
