Darkmeer
Really, really good Buglips. Loved watching the thread, and loved watching the progression. This thread has been saved when I try to tackle my Kaladrax (simply put, I'm a ways out from it). Congratulations, and wow.

Pragma
Buglips is crazy ... like a fox! Nicely done. I have a newfound respect for drybrushing as a technique and should probably learn how to use it properly.
Thes Hunter
Buglips dragon brings all the girls to the yard. Darn right it's better than yours. He'll teach you, but he'd have to charge.
Magnus Mercury
I think you are on to something about the worry Buglips. I know the worry is what killed painting for me. I never worry about a miniature at the beginning; it's a blank canvas and I can't possibly mess it up worse than "not painted". No, it's once I've started making progress and it's looking surprisingly good that the thoughts creep in, "If I make a mistake, I'll lose so much progress!". But even then, I've found that touch-ups really aren't nearly the pain that I made them out to be in my head. Also, using a clean, wet brush to wick away paint that got on the wrong spot really helps, too!
