Like anything else, fairies have an ecology. They have a way of living. A different perspective on life. Different values, mores, and sensibilities. While a fairy may not be naturally inclined to evil, a fairy may hold things in high esteem that other races ignorantly dismiss.

 

Pick her favourite flower by mistake from her unmarked, yet still precious, toadstool garden & pool and you best enjoy all of the sweet scent you can cram into your nostrils. Every last olfactory treat of it.

I've always been of that school. Fay are not meant to be taken lightly. Just remember Rip Van Winkle. He was put to sleep as a joke of the fay.

 

It's also beyond foolishness to take a gift or eat ANYTHING that a fey gives you.

Eyes blurring. The Kickstarter comments seem to have gone askew. They vanish between one refresh and the next. Entire conversations get eaten away. One refresh it's the last dozen or so even posts missing, the next odd ones.

 

I couldn't see my own posts for a few minutes, got paranoid that I'd been somehow banned.

Now that Ive seen the Gel Cube and Im picturing how awesome its going to look with the clear plastic and that awesome base peice...I might need 4 of them atleast....

 

Im kinda even less impressed with the rats but meh Though I did laugh when I saw that half naked dwarf lol

My only issue with the new rats is I was planning on getting three and using them in a scenario. Now I'm going to have to get a few retail and hope they are available in time for BASHCON 2015.

 

But I'm sure I can find a use for the Ratling spell caster and the dwarf rat catcher.

That's pretty much the way that I run the fey. Seelie court fey will only mess with you if you offend their alien sense of propriety, or for a joke. Unseelie court fey will mess with you for no discernible reason whatsoever. And they have both very long memories and Powers™, especially in the places they control.

 

But they're all constrained by alien rules as well, so they're not unbeatable. All you have to do is figure those rules out.

 

Definitely better to fly under their radar when possible. Of course, the GM sets the radar altitude.

All we know or certain is that if there is going to be a new Sophie, it will not be metal. Bryan has said they are not doing any metal inthis Kickstarter

Which would mean that it wouldn't be limited edition (as that is impractical with the mold cost). So, if they do make a Sophie in Bones, it's going to play a very different role in terms of how they sell it.

I think the dwarf is a rat catcher.

 

He reminds me of something out of Terry Pratchett's Discworld series.

Clear. It was stated in the KS update that included the green of it.

 

EDIT: I take that back. I thought it was posted there, but I can't find it now. That could mean either a) it's buried in the main KS comments, or b) I'm hallucinating. It either case, until I can prove otherwise, my answer is "I'm not sure."

Clear. It was stated in the KS update that included the green of it.
