It is the silver dragon in metal. I own it as it was given as a present, but I had no clue it was meant to be a silver. I thought it was a brass dragon

Just for poops n giggles what color would everyone say Gauth would be (in D&D terms) I've seen him painted blue and have the metal version of him and just wanted to get peoples opinion :)

I would say Gauth is approximately "Rocks fall, everyone dies" size.

Anyone else notice that the clarification on the Oh Rats is still unclear. The picture shows what's looks like 3 rat assassins. The text says two. So are there 6 or 7 figures in the set?

Aside from being painted in blue Gauth reminds me of the older red dragons. Sleek with the two horns sweeping backwards

Actually, the 5 small boxed dragons (Cinder, Deathsleet, Blightfang, Stormwing, and Ebonwrath) are all pretty close to the D&D art for the five core chromatic dragons. The large box dragons (Gauth, Marthrangul, Viridius, Verocithrax, and T'Raukzul) are much less iconic. My Gauth is painted brown, and looks quite sexy that way. My Marthrangul is red, and my Verocithrax is green. My Blightfang is also not canon colors, as I opted for a more rattlesnake-like coloration and patterning on her.

 

Bottom line: paint them how you want them.

Call me crazy, but that Silver and Cinder both look like they won't stand up in Bonesium. They look very top-heavy without much support in the base. Granted once they're properly slapped onto a 3" disc they'll be fine, but they probably won't stand on their own, similar to Death-fallover-sleet.

 

It's hard to take a dragon seriously when it's too lazy to stand.

They said "7", then the picture shows 7 (and did before too), and then list 6...I'd err on the side of "Comes with everything pictured".

Fair enough. I just wonder what the 7th figure is - is it a third rat assassin? It kinda looks like that in the picture.

C'mon! 10k to go before we hit the next stretchgoal, and hopefully get an update! I want to see new shiny things before I go to bed!

 

Edit: Bah, nevermind... 15k, and it's creeping up so slowly that I'll probably fall asleep watching it.

i like the revised rats option, partially because it is so wonky. i'm a liitle surprised, though, that reaper went so edgy when they could've easily played it safe with the rat theme.

i mean, a chubby gopher centaur, a S&M dwarf in a diaper and a rat chick(?) with three pairs of saggy bare boobs? i like it because they're unusual (dead serious), but it seems risky.
