Happy we got Cinder, was just counting the pledges till that one came

We are sort of split on Verocithrax in my household. One side likes it and the other side doesn't. Although the money will probably get added to it once we hit it. Cause we kinda had this problem with the clockwork dragon and the side of the household that didn't want it, now sort of regrets that we did not get it.

Reaperbryan, you sure you aren't secretly a Canadian? Nothing to apologize for.

And stress sucks, watch the blood pressure. (I have to keep a machine on my desk)...

I have, ummm, 7 + however many dragons there were in Bones I, plus an extra wyrmgear, so err, 20 unpainted dragons right now, and I'll be getting all the new ones too. And someday I'll paint one.

And it will be wyrmgear.

But then someday I'll paint one of the fleshy ones too....

But if you can slip in some Gnomish Goat cavalry, that would be awesome! ::D:

Does Verocithrax suffer from a wasting disease? He doesn't seem very robust for a dragon...

If I remember the original story from my Casketworks, he's astral. Or Abyssal. Something. He's an extraplaner dragon, anyway. Likes to eat foolish summoning wizards. They may not represent an adequate source of protein.

Mine is a Stygian dragon. But yeah, he's not "natural," whatever he is. But he's all awesome.

My regret with the clockwork is I didnt get 2. Its an awesome mini one of my favorites from KS 1

The thing people should keep in mind is that the models presented are give and take, meant to provide the greatest variety of sellable models to the greatest number of people. And relax when something doesn't meet every want. I didn't ask for a dude dressed as a castle (he's grown on me, though), or mouslings (you better believe they're my new #1 thoughtful gift for girls, though - here, have some handpainted cuteness because I love) - but I did ask for a Mountain Troll, and by god they have delivered!

I'm in for all of it. If I can't think of an immediate need or use for it, I will later. And my list of things I didn't think were cool that turned out to be freakin' awesome is so big that I will not court any risk that skipping a new Bones might mean I left myself out of the fantastic.

I must have them all. ALL!

The way I see it if I give a "negetive" response to a goal. Its mearly for reaper to see who likes it and who doesnt. I see it as giving feedback. and I could very well be a minority in that respect but it is in no way to be insulting.

You guys at reaper do a great job and I own SOOOO many of your products its insane. but no ones perfect. Those guys in the KS forums need a chill pill.

We measure popularity in sales, not comments. Boo Hiss I hate that goal tends to get written off fairly rapidly because last time people complained about there being so many dragons, but when sales data came in, they outsold everything - so complaints and reality didn't line up

He's an Abyssal Chaos Dragon. being chaotic, he does not eat regularly. ;)

Don't you know he's a vegan dragon?

Probably part of PETA too. Cares about forest creatures monsters, not murderous adventurers.

I have come to realize that my tastes do not reflect popular sales. While this is disconcerting, it's why I like to see variety more than "just stuff Buglips wants". Because it might turn out that Bones I don't like are profitable enough to subsidize production of ones I do.

*Q3 2015*

"So we have the sales figures of the Bones from the second kickstarter for the past year to date. Everything is doing pretty well, except the mountain troll."

"How many have we sold?"

"200. All of them to Buglips."

When people open their mouths, jockeying for status happens. They could be baring their teeth and yelling "EEEEK" at a rival monkey for all the material significance the words hold.

When people open their wallets the BS stops and you find out what they actually want... instead of what they think you want them to want, or that they should want, or what they want everyone else to be forced to want.
