At least it's not as bad as the last KS thread. I think we deserve marks for much improvement.

You might want to create a new thread just for your most excellent Warlord list; it would make it easier to update, and for folks to find it. :)

 

I considered it briefly, but it has been asked about enough here, that I think it is probably appropriate. Also, since the hard work has been done, I can easily reference back to the older posts. The rate at which I need to update is pretty low, so I won't be spamming the thread with posts about it. It should be pretty manageable.

I decided to re-calculate when Im getting and how muh it will cost me.

 

My starting budget was going to be $200 which is the same amount that I spent last KS

 

I am currently tallied at 207

This includes the core set plus

Lords of Darkness x1

Blightfang x1

Narthrax x1

G.Cube x4

Water Elementals x1

Demon Lords x1

Cinder x1

 

This doesnt include the extra Dragon hatchlings that I plan to get IF they are available or any other add on that I might be too good to pass up (Tarrasque)

 

With the Core Expansion that would up my tally to 257 Im on the fence because on the 1 hand there are alot of mini that I either dont like or dont need, but other minis I seriously want and am annoyed that they are in there and I wont be able to get multiples of.

 

So I think Im going to have to raise my debt ceiling to 300 I was really trying to avoid this...

I'm doing well. I'm actually using it as an exercise in patience and restraint. I've stopped myself from posting several times already, and trying to find the humor in it all.

I made a quick Kraken vs. Goroloth mock-up based on two pictures I found (and sized them according to the bases found in them, there's a standard GW mini hiding behind the Goroloth).

The perspective might skew the sizing a bit.

If anyone has both minis they might be able to confirm whether the size comparison is about right.

So, meetings make my mind wander...

 

 

The Forums were haunted by Buglips,

who had a great hunger for lead bits,

but then Reaper made Bones

that the goblin condones,

and now all his time's spent on paint WIPs.
