Just wait until we unlock the Gauth goal. He's even taller, IIRC.

 

I can't wait for Big V to get unlocked. I only picked up the undead dragons (and Cthulhu, of course) in the last KS.

 

Gauth's box (I have him in metal) says he's apx. 12" tall with a 16" wingspan.

 

And I just measured my Verocithrax...

 

In metal, I know I didn't get the wings on mine to stand up straight during assembly (suckers are heavy!), so they're pitched a bit more horizontal than the sculptor intended, and he's 8 1/8" tall to the wing-claws, so about 9" in Bones sounds right (not that I thought Bryan was wrong, but I thought he was being conservative!).

If so it's a pretty easy work to just do the botch thing on the new KS.

I'm kind of at a point where I over-pledged early and am basically watching the balance grow and my overall ROI increase. I pledged for Verocithrax a week ago without even realizing he was coming down the pipe.

 

I like the fact that, as a dragon, this creature defies the convention to quite some extent and I can see a great many uses for such an inventive sculpt.

I think we'll see the Kickstarter pledge amount jostle around a bit when the calculator becomes available (I'm sure Kit's working hard on making sure it doesn't crash under the weight of 10,000 people trying to access it at the same time). I know I haven't added anything for my shipping yet which will probably be another $80, then there will be the extra sets I could possibly get... I'm hoping it gives the total a bit of a kick in the upward direction as the stretch goals just seem so far apart since there was so much on the first day. Instead of 1-4 updates a day like the first KS, we got 30 in the first day, which makes it feel like it's crawling compared to the last one, even though its doing better overall.

Yeah... I'm the opposite. I pledged the bare minimum of what I want (mouslings!). I have to wait to see how much money we have left over from buying skylanders (grrr) to see if we can get minis.

I have the issue with getting the skylanders as well. I would rather get minis but the kids want the Skylanders and if they don't get them they will go looking for something else to play with, like my minis so better safe than sorry.
