On the giants topic, I'd like a non-skeletal version of the colossal skeleton!

 

Also, 60k until the Verocithrax!

not thrilled... the only Reaper dragon I don't really like. too close to older GW dragons, which I've never been fond of.

 

He's not my favorite but I'll still get him. I'm more excited to see what the next reveal will be. It's been DAYS since I've gotten a KS update....

Verocithrax is on the list, until something better comes along. I don't mind him much, and kinda look forward to painting him like Clown's demon form from Spawn.

@last Knight: right now, they are not on a sticky.

Coupled with an earlier quote on how stretch goals not currently on stickies are not in the running, this makes Anhurians deaf in the water. I am heart broken and a little frustrated, but so it goes (and thank you for being up front about it, Reaper! Teasing is fine, but there comes a time when false hope needs to be taken out behind the barn and shot in the head.)

Yeah, I'm bummed but it's not like I'm dropping out over it. Entirely too many wonderful things on offer for me to take my ball and stomp off home. Don't think I'm going back to the KS comments, though. Too painful.

These to me would have been better as frost giants jmo

 

Those just look a little too bland (or "old-school", if you want to call it that). I like the style of the Frost Giants we got, as it seems much more unique versus the "big Norsemen" style.

 

Also, just because Anhurians are off the table doesn't mean they won't have generic town guards/men-at-arms/etc. There's still hope, my friends!

I'd love Anhurians in Bones. But honestly... they're also the kind that I'm likely to keep buying in metal. So... I guess it's not that big of a deal. I already have quite a few.

 

But I want more.

I have made a thorough analysis of prices of Reaper Dragons in metal, bones and the kickstarters.

Assuming the Marthrangul and Gauth announced are the same sculpts as the metal versions,
I estimate the Bones Marthrangul to be a $10-$15 option (nearer to $10 like Blightfang) and the Bones Gauth to be a $15-$20 option (nearer $15, maybe $17).

So, I have already upped my pledge to include these dragons (along with all the others in this KS). Really, it is impossible to have too many dragons in my 'umble opinion.
I do understand if some peeps are fed up with dragons and wish to see other monsterous monsters which I would not be interested in included in the KS. After all I might find I am interested in some of them too (and I don't just mean wyverns or wyrms). There was a lot of stuff came with KS1 that I probably wouldn't have got but have found them quite interesting.

Biggest pain of the KS is knowing that at the end, I will have to wait so long for the stuff to arrive, though UK customs did their best on KS 1 to drag out the pain of waiting. Took them 2 weeks to get around to telling me they had it, so they could do me for tax etc. Oh well the evils of getting excellent figures from foreign lands.

I really loved the Frost Giants in the last KS; they were some of my favorite sculpts in the whole project. Those... I would not buy. They just look like big people, in relatively static positions. Where's the fun in that? The KS ones had so much more character, in my opinion. The Inuit mask on the Giantess was especially fantastic.

 

Ah well. To each his own!
