On "pairs of monsters":

Yesterday we got in 5 new models to be included in this Kickstarter (if the goals are met). One is a solo model, and the other four come in pairs of two.

And the minis in pairs are sort of "before and after" miniatures.

Baph - yes, fitfully with dreams of something lurking in the corners of your dreams. In pairs. Before and after pairs. :)

Very interesting usage of the word "lurking" there. Some speculation that the next monster will be a lurker above.

 

On cavalry:

I promise we did not have any new cavalry models specifically created for this Kickstarter. If we do put any in, they would be existing models from DHL/Warlord.

On Anhurians:

I like the Anhurian archers, swordsmen, and spearmen.

Last - they're excellent candidates for Bones. Very thick, castable models.

On angels:

The trick card was a nice surprise for those of us that have become obsessive about checking the progress. Hopefully there are more pleasant surprises.

Thanks to everyone who has been posting KS Comment summaries. It's a chore to wade through that stuff sometimes, so getting the Reader's Digest is awesome.

 

"No new cavalry" gives me hope for the 4 horsemen. Pestilence, War, Famine and Death, to fit in with the Halloween theme. Plus a few Bear Cavalry...because why not.

I'm still hoping for Anhurian cavalry, skeletal cavalry, and dwarven bear riders.

 

Pretty much all the other Warlord stuff would be awesome, too.
